I always prefer this version of Ruby, since the brown haired version is the one that ended up backstabbing them. So I like to think that she was on their side up until her hair changed colors. She's also (IMO, Jared actually married the brown haired one, so to each his own) a lot more attractive in this version.

I really didn't like Gen as Ruby at all and I probably wouldn't have like Ruby if Gen had played her from the begining. She was just annoying to me...Me and my friends decided that Katie was good Ruby and Gen was bad Ruby and if Katie had stayed Ruby she wouldn't have turned out to be such a bitch...Doesn't really make sense but I always liked Ruby when Katie played her not all when Gen did....

I think it's a bit unfair to Genevieve that she had to follow Katie. First of all, people are naturally going to prefer the first. That's how things always are. If Genevieve were the first to play Ruby, people would prefer her more. The thing that is partially Genevieve's fault though, is that she doesn't seem to follow Katie's performance well enough. Katie portrayed Ruby as being very intense, strong-willed, and powerful. Genevieve portrayed her as being more whiney and clingy.
