This commercial is insulting. None of these are exclusive features. Conference calling has been around since the 80s. Stop talking about this 25 year old invention like you just made it up. Apple ads and apple products are made for people who aren't quite smart enough to get themselves to elite status in society, but feel like they deserve it, so they buy the prettiest and most expensive thing available to them regardless of functionality or practical use. Yay, American consumerism.
@sandykoong Eh. Being 13 and not even having a phone is a bummer, too.... And my parents go on about this whole "brain radiation" thing, and how I'D be the one to pay the contract, phone, and they even bet there'll even be a cancellation fee in there too, sheesh.
@SeanIacono how stupid people can be right? some people do believe that this is the first phone who does that and if you tell them that they are wrong they get offended
She's comparing her child's first steps to an application on the iPhone... That's sad. Seriously, it's not that great. I can do multiple lines on a normal phone too.
"We would never have shared all that without the iphone."
Could that be more of a lie?! All this commercial does is promote America's NEED IT NOW culture. Maybe not on a conference call but everyone could have enjoyed baby's first steps eventually. Just like how people can live healthy, productive lives without even owning a cell phone. Completely ridiculous this commercial is.
ummm is it just me or is this ad..... cheese-y? Its not really the typical apple-style. "We would've never shared this without the iPhone!" made me cringe.
everyone= mom and grandpa ? ;p

Amazing is the new word -replacing 'awesome'- that doesn't really mean anything. If the baby flew, -now that would be amazing.
