one thing about legs and back, when i did lunges, my hamstrings tightened up so bad (and i stretched a lot before the workout) how are you with the lunges?
wow! looks like your doing an amazing job! keep up all the hard work! I'm starting day 2 today, plyometrics! Just a tip, be very careful when doing lunges and squats, yes you want knee over ankles, but never let your knee go past your toes, it will cause bad knee problems, i know from experience! Keep up the good work!

Did you find the yoga beneficial? I got bored after 30 mins. Trying to relax but at the same time straining my neck to see how to do most exercises!!

If you have never done lungs, go slow your hamstrings will start to loosen up a little at a time.
