I need to pick up a newer model myself, but it'll probably end up being a Christmas gift from someone. LOL! I love the "Fake Endangered Wolf" track bit! Have a great time hunting those bears, Cory. @TheWildNorth Thanks man. About 5 weeks. I start August 10th every year. Someone from our camp shot about a 200 pounder on Thursday off the bait the trail cam pics were taken from here. I got a few friends coming up to hunt next weekend. Looking forward to it!

our early northern tier black bear opens up in 9 days, cant wait! hopefully i can get one down, never hunted bear before and would like to get a big one, we will see though. good luck on getting yours, when does your season open?
@1gamoguy We have 3 hunts. the first of which opened yesterday. I don't have anyone hunting with me until the end of the month though. Late seasons tough but I think we can get 1 or 2 down. Good luck man! Hope you have some action!
There isnt any bear hunting around here, but I have a question. Is it best to run your bait in the middle of the day to avoid running into a bear that is already at the site?
@jeffz1212 Thanks! I notice I'm not getting near the amount of pictures of wind blowing, birds and squirrels as I would with my old camera. Not sure yet if thats a good or bad thing haha.

I bought the same camera. We have not had any problems with it, Just have to make sure we set the camera closer to the ground. Another great video!
