1. There are 3 factions in the world of The Secret World. Dragon, Templas and Illuminati.

2. You will create your character and change about EVERYTHING of it. Outlooks, skills, weapons... Besides, you don't really level up. You get to learn new skills that you can freely manage at anytime, having certain ones won't exclude you from being able to have others and so on. It is truly a new-ish concept. So much to expect from it! :)
