I don't know why are you so surprised?? It's always baffling for me. Why should we "give" clean water and "vitamins" to Africans if there is no money into it? If we build a civilization where the ultimate goal is acquiring as much wealth as possible, there is no point in saving people giving them products that won't enhance the accounts of the medical companies.

Unfortunately, our next & current president has an ego the size of our planet & makes many totally uninformed decisions based solely on what evil money-makers advise him, without even bothering to either perform any research himself, or employ any of his multitude of staff to do so on his & ultimately, our country's deserved behalf.
