a few weeks ago i was at a race track where a horse was severely injured... they took him away somewhere... i felt so bad and was about to shout out i'll take him, for all the money i got!" but it was too late.. i just pray he never got sent to slaughter. it was such an amazing horse that deffinetly deserved to live... i pray one day all slaughter houses will be closed down.. my cousin even saved a horse named redneck from one... maybe oneday i will too. :)

first, since the aconomy is getting so bad people are leaving horses to starve, some go to horse shows and leave their horses in your open trailer, and people just cant stop breeding them, no creature deserves to go to slaughter animals were here before our time, lets treat them with respect, it starts with us not us in partickular but it starts with us if we stopped breeding, just for a while, and gave horses good homes, horses wouldnt go to slaughter,slaughter should be banned in every country

@Apachers911 But here's the thing. They take horses that where in the wild living their life just fine with nothing wrong with them.... (By that I mean the ones in the wild) I agree the ones who are sick with no cure should be put down but not in a cruel way such as slaughter. They should be given a painless shot that lets them die in peace. Not be stuck in a crowded corral with horses almost dead and the smell of roadkill everywhere. Then let them starve and THEN shoot them and rip them apart.

i don't believe in any kind of slaughter. not even if the horse is sick because it can be cured! horse slaughter is stupid! i feel bad for the horses that are slaughtered. if your against horse slaughter you should check out Zy135's channel. she bought a horse that was bought by a slaughter house from auction. The horses name is Dante (don-tay) but it's cool that she rescued Dante from a slaughter house.

Or write letters to the people who round up horses to go to auctions where people buy them to get slaughtered saying STOP We know you are trying to help horses by keeping their population under control but sadly, you have gotten too many horses... They are dieing out FAST. And when you sell them, most of them go to slaughter. They were fine on their own.
