At like micro stakes online there are weak-tight games where lots of opponents only 3bet AAxx. Even at 200PLO, though, there's tons of 3betting with all kinds of non AAxx, KKxx holdings. Any decent player is 3betting at LEAST all their premium rundowns, and often non premium ones.
