@oz1641 According to the Wootton Bassett Town Council, the title 'Royal' will be conferred upon the town towards the end of this year by The Queen.

@plagalcadenze Yeah I know. I was trying to sort of express the sense of pride people feel. Kind of like saying "Arise Royal Wootton Bassett" if you know what I mean. I was very moved by the documentary on BBC the other night. The people of that wee town should be so proud and give themselves a pat on the back.
