Ryu defeats Ken, Guile is defeated by either Sagat or Bison. Chun Li was defeated by Bison. And Everyone else Eliminated. But when ryu defeats Bison. Bison is not willing to accept defeat. And goes on about how he can never truly be defeated because he is eternal. But then Akuma (Gouki) appears and performs a "Shun Goku Satsu", putting Bison out of his misery, killing him. He tells him he's a pathetic fool, and that he will never defeat him because he doesn't rely on his fists. Then Disappears.

Sorry :( It would have been10/10 had the black guy got smacked in the face in the opening. So for that one slight flaw, that feels to me that they were not quiet willing to go all the way back to the early 90's. This game will only ever sit on the line of perfection, but never see the other side.

You have to keep in mind that this is not a new game. This was the first that started them all. Now, taking it on its own merit in comparison to other fighters, this one is far simpler than other 2D fighters (not that it's simple at all) in that most of what's in here are in other such games. It's pretty much the definitive game to start one in the fighting game genre.

It's called nostalgia. The game was awesome when it came out. During the arcade era this game kept the malls packed and the quarter machines constantly dumping out change. Since you don't know this, I'm assuming you either weren't born or weren't old enough. Poor kids today, no idea what arcades were like back in the day.
