Yuo're right about the bra size. I read somewhere that 32C=34B, 34C=36B and so on have the same cup size. Only problem that I have had, is has been that the 34 (I use 32) doesn't stay on properly.
BTW, you are correct about the fruit having sugar. Fruit should be eaten alone at least 20 minutes before any kind of other meal. Even though it is good sugar...it will still raise your blood glucose levels..not that you should worry about it you have a fab body already...just wait until you have kids...:(...god help me.

one beer a week is healthy indeed, I'm from Belgium we are famous all around the world for our beer, but the healthiest beer is really dark beer that comes in a glass bottle. We almost always drink beer in a glass, we have a different glass for each beer that was made in Belgium. And we have over 450 different kinds of beers, so yeah that's a lot :-)

That and too much fruit at once over a period of time will upset the blood pH levels. Fructose isn't released into the bloodstream, however, the body has limited space for it and will turn the excess into triglycerides, which enter the blood. But who really knows anyways.

Hi Lorraine I've also been a fruitatarian on and off for about 4 years :) and they say you shouldn't mix fruit because of how your hunger system works.
You should typically eat one type of fruit until you get kind of sick of the taste so you don't overeat. Then eat again in two hours time.
i think she manages to pull the pink off personally! but you're right, bolds are probably better for her then pastels. nothing wrong with wanting your mom to look her best though. i don't see why people are getting offended by you wanting the best for your mom as you're just trying to help her out lol.

you don't mix fruits because when you do, the stomach gets "confused" on wether its full or not
by eating one type of fruit at a time, the digestive track gets farmiliar with that food and can better tell when it feels full

Lorraine, You should do the fruit and vegetable detox. I'm going to start my Raw fruit/vegetable detox this week. Cause I just haven't been eating right lately and I've got to quit cold turkey with this junk food stuff, it's making me not feel good and I feel worn out and tired too often.

Maybe you're not supposed to mix fruits because of the different acids that they contain. Like maybe the different acids in the fruits mix in your stomach and without other foods in the stomach it can't balance itself out and then that messes with digestion. Its just a guess though. :D

Hi Lorraine I've also been a fruitatarian on and off for about 4 years :) and they say you shouldn't mix fruit because of how your hunger system works.
You should typically eat one type of fruit until you get kind of sick of the taste so you don't overeat. Then eat again in two hours time.
