What for? Would you go to all the German, Spanish Italian French (and whatnot) youtube videos and ask for English?
It is your problem if you do not understand any other language than English. I guess you'd have to search a bit more then. That would be an easy task though, considering that the Internet is mainly written in English and Chinese (and variations of those).
