hey, i was thinking of just using the headers and ditching my mufflers.. or possibly extending the headers 6 inches... so it would be very similar to your mac headers... what carbs are you using and what jetting worked well.. right now i've got the performance jetting from mikes but was just curious about your setup details... sounds like a nice off the line run on that other video and i didn't hear any popping or too rich/lean sounds

You mentioned you took out three inches of travel in the front forks. Can you share how that was done? You also mentioned you bent the seat frame rails and moved the rear leg up to meet the seat rails. Did you cut and bend the legs to meet the seat rails? Thanks for any info.

Can you elaborate on the battery used? Model, size, etc?

@AmericanBarber82 It was an interstate security camera battery. You can use a small battery like this if you run kick only and your charging system is working good. It was a 12 volt battery dont rember the modle go to there site and look at what they have to offer in 12 volt

Hey bud, I noticed u didnt use an oil tank, I have seen alot on here use em. Any difference with or without? Also in the earlier vid I noticed a rear fender and the finished product hasn't.

@RLAPO If you hardtail you need the oil tank to fill up the gap. With the brat style you don't need the tank. I have the fender on ther now. It wasnt painted when I did this video

@Tigeraction08 I think they are a size bigger than stock. If you call the guy from 650 central and order the parts from him and tell him what set up you are running on the bike he will stear you in the right direction.
