Dodge Viper SRT10:600hp 600hp/10Cyl=60/8.4L=7.14hp per L per Cyl

Lexus LFA :552hp 552hp/10Cyl=55.2/4.8L= 11.5hp per L per Cyl

Wright up there with ZR1; the only difference with the LFA is that its naturally aspirated with its engine the size of a V8 weighin the same as a V6. :)

Definitely not worth the 300-400 thousand USD... Sorry but I would have a much better vehicle for that kind of cash... Maybe if I were obsessed with Lexus, but I'm far from it, and considering how it can be beaten by an 80 thousand USD vehicle it isn't top of the line speed either... The suspension is on par with that kind of money, however. (could always properly tune a faster, cheaper cars suspension to match the Lexus.

@shawnchon117 GTR stock vs LFA stock made a 11.9 second quarter mile verses the LFA's 11.8, the GTR got 0-60mph (100kph) in 3.5 seconds and the LFA got it in 3.8... The GTR has all wheel drive, which I prefer to the LFA's rear wheel. The GTR would have barely beaten the LFA had it had smaller lighter wheels, the LFA's wheels are noticably smaller than the GTR's, and it's common knowledge that heavier wheels with a longer circumference accelerate more slowly than smaller ones.

I'd buy a GTR.

@shawnchon117 Review the specs on both cars if you like, the LFA had smaller wheels, making it accelerate faster, the GTR had bigger wheels, but also had all wheel drive, making it launch better than the LFA... When both cars are going 120+ one car length doesn't take much time to cross.

I imagine if they continue to build on the LFA in 10 years it could be one of the most desirable vehicles on the road, depending on how you like your car to sound... as this one is quite high pitched in it's high rpms as compared to most supercars, and I prefer a loud low/commanding bark to a screaming whistle (not saying everyone has the same taste, though).
