I had a lot of sleep paralysis throughout my life and saw all sorts of things that freaked me out as a kid from ball lightning to vikings popping out of the wall.
I read about sleep paralysis and realized it was all in my head when I woke up to shadowy aliens approaching me, then I calmed myself down and was able to move again, so I attacked them and KO them on my floor, and I woke up again. By calming myself down I started dreaming again until my body woke up before my brain.
These things are demonic entities, notice the total similarity to Alien abductions, the total paralysis and terror. They have access to our brains and are able to produce all these things easily. The Answer is true spiritual warfare not religion, Command them to leave in the name of Jesus, they will FLEE! "whatever you bind in heaven will be bound on earth" FACT.
@jelleepit unless you don't believe in christ, then you just adjust your sleep position when you are stressed, and a good understanding of the sleep disorder in my case stopped the hallucinations and helped a lot going back to sleep quickly.
but if you are a person of faith this kind of psychological artifice might work in a similar fashion as knowing this is just a sleep disorder.

Once I went to bed as normal but when I woke up one of the pillows on my bed was on the floor and my quilt was turned around and was only half on the bed.

@AlkaiserNeo If someone is sane, except during sleep, they generally aren't considered mentally ill. They're considered to have a sleeping disorder, usually. Though night terrors can be symptoms of some psych disorders such as PTSD, people without PTSD can also have night terrors. They are more common in kids. It sounds like this guy is having night terrors.
Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. The only solution is faith and saying the Lord's Prayer, asking him to deliver you from evil. Go to a Lutheran Church, read the bible, pray before you go to sleep. Surround yourself with the word of God. This is the only thing that will help. I remember that, for a time, I lost my faith and still when I had night experiences, I said the Lords prayer and was immediately rescued.

Even when I am sound in my faith and know of my forgiveness through Christ, these events sometimes happen, especially when I'm most involved in the faith. The best part is, I just say the Lords prayer and they stop immediatly. I believe they are allowed by God to let us see reality and make us look to him for help. They bring all the more glory to God, knowing that Satan cannot harm us because the lord is with us.
Ive experienced night terrors/ sleep paralysis twice in my life and have never felt such mortal terror before or since. Aspects if this doc. had so many parallels with my own experience: a dead weight on my chest, a white faced hag etc. I'm not into the paranormal but i'm convinced to this day that there was a presence in the room with me that intended to do me harm. It's terrifying.

i hade the same problem, ghosts..ghosts..ghosts... thn i studied my case myself...came to know about LSD and other hallucinogens , understood how our brain works..and it took me around 2years of practice to control myself and turn my nightmares into the best times of my life... transformed my nightmares into beautiful lucid dreams by god's will and my devotion.
I used to have bad sleep walking, as in I would walk around the house, take a piss in a corner, then go back to bed without even being awake, and my parents would just watch me do this, lol. But then I realise it was just the real heavy stress, now I'm more relaxed and no sleep walking (yes I know its a lot different to paralysis).

I was sleeping in the middle of the night, when I suddenly awoke! I was able to look around the room, but I could not move! I attempted to cry out, but nothing would come out ! I had the feeling that an evil presence was in the room, though I could not see anyone! I am wiccan, and wear a pentagram for protection, which was inside of my nightgown! I struggled to get it, while thinking, "Get out!" Immediately. I felt that whatever was there was gone! I believe it was a Demonic attack!

The Old Hag Syndrome is widely known- and has been known for centuries. She normally accompanies sleep paralysis of the person. Some people don't see the 'hag' but instead experience aliens, or an alien being in the room with them. Other people, like myself, have experienced being grabbed,by the wrists, or sat on, like something or someone was sitting on my chest. I can also leave my body, when I have my sleep paralysis. But the Old Hag is, to my mind, definately real.
I saw that hag when i was pregnant i think she wanted my baby. I closed my eyes and ears and started praying and saying Jesus really loud. I love jesus, he saved me from being scared. Then, i went back to sleep.
I believe in ghost and all that because ive seen them. And at one point my friend had one stuck in his house, if we would stay up late we would see it walk through the walls and stuff, but nothing like demotic or anything so ya.

If i remember correctly, the reason why you see things is because your still in that sleep mode, so you see things as if you were dreaming. And The vision of a shadow man, goblin, or hag comes from what your told ahead of time. You are told that is what you would seem then you see it.

When I have sleep paralysis I wake up and I cannot move. For some reason I am always facing the wall and I know someone is standing behind me. I be too afraid to move. Then, after a minute or two I fall back to sleep.

@AlkaiserNeo If someone is sane, except during sleep, they generally aren't considered mentally ill. They're considered to have a sleeping disorder, usually. Though night terrors can be symptoms of some psych disorders such as PTSD, people without PTSD can also have night terrors. They are more common in kids. It sounds like this guy is having night terrors.

Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. The only solution is faith and saying the Lord's Prayer, asking him to deliver you from evil. Go to a Lutheran Church, read the bible, pray before you go to sleep. Surround yourself with the word of God. This is the only thing that will help. I remember that, for a time, I lost my faith and still when I had night experiences, I said the Lords prayer and was immediately rescued.

he's having a nightmare... and wakes in sleep paralysis without the paralysis and is actually capable of fighting the dream physically owing to his physiological condition.. if i woke in sleep paralysis and my fear response was triggered, i'd try fight them too, this is what he is doing, but his brain doesn't switch on the waking hormones.. he probably doesn't have them or got hit in the head as a child and lost the ability to ahve them.. he looks like the kind of person to get into fights hence

Even when I am sound in my faith and know of my forgiveness through Christ, these events sometimes happen, especially when I'm most involved in the faith. The best part is, I just say the Lords prayer and they stop immediatly. I believe they are allowed by God to let us see reality and make us look to him for help. They bring all the more glory to God, knowing that Satan cannot harm us because the lord is with us.

Ive experienced night terrors/ sleep paralysis twice in my life and have never felt such mortal terror before or since. Aspects if this doc. had so many parallels with my own experience: a dead weight on my chest, a white faced hag etc. I'm not into the paranormal but i'm convinced to this day that there was a presence in the room with me that intended to do me harm. It's terrifying.

I used to have bad sleep walking, as in I would walk around the house, take a piss in a corner, then go back to bed without even being awake, and my parents would just watch me do this, lol. But then I realise it was just the real heavy stress, now I'm more relaxed and no sleep walking (yes I know its a lot different to paralysis).

ok i got to admit i'm just kidding, but on a serious point i have experienced sleep paralysis, only there was no presence.
Rather i thought i woke up and couldnt move and after a great struggle i fell off the bed onto the floor and barely made myself up.
Then i woke up properly to find i was in the bed and hadnt actually left it.
Another weird thing was that the curtains were moving in a strange manner during the dream phase. It's only happened once.

I was sleeping in the middle of the night, when I suddenly awoke! I was able to look around the room, but I could not move! I attempted to cry out, but nothing would come out ! I had the feeling that an evil presence was in the room, though I could not see anyone! I am wiccan, and wear a pentagram for protection, which was inside of my nightgown! I struggled to get it, while thinking, "Get out!" Immediately. I felt that whatever was there was gone! I believe it was a Demonic attack!

The Old Hag Syndrome is widely known- and has been known for centuries. She normally accompanies sleep paralysis of the person. Some people don't see the 'hag' but instead experience aliens, or an alien being in the room with them. Other people, like myself, have experienced being grabbed,by the wrists, or sat on, like something or someone was sitting on my chest. I can also leave my body, when I have my sleep paralysis. But the Old Hag is, to my mind, definately real.
