@shurdaa Ukrainian since they were Ukrainian perhaps they threw in some russian sounding words at times as do I (am Ukrainian born there came to US as 7) I throw in phrases or words of other languages when I speak English
These song is very popular in Serbia and many singers sing this song in serbian restaurants and saloons....\i like this song very much and I am trying to find translate on serbian or english language.Best regards for our brothers in Ukraine.
I don't understand your question. You are asking me if what I wrote is what Lenin said? ... If you are asking me why people evaluate what I wrote negatively, then I simply wrote "Slaves unite" and eventually "Benderovzhi" don't like Russians, they have supported Hitler during WW2 btw. They always remind the world's community that Soviet regime made them suffer, but they ignore that this regime made suffer every other nation who was under its control and the Russians themselves first of all...
Would you be able to ask the video uploader in Ukrainian (doesn't look like he speaks English) where he got that second picture from? I LOVE it. Hail Ukrainians and their Banduras, I love this music =]

At the end, I don't understand what language Cossacs spoke, Ukrainian or Russian?

@shurdaa Ukrainian. later on under the influences of other neighbors they began speaking a mixture of Ukrainian with the lexicon of other languages.
