You did amazing; I've learned most of the solo by ear but you can bet I'll watching this to fill in my gaps haha. Excellent job man! Btw, sick Strat! John Mayer is my favorite artist; I'm going to watch him for the 3rd time in Vegas with Keith Urban at the end of this week! (4.30.11) So that Strat (+ his Black1) are Golden to me. @kemo112205 Yeah that is rather spot on SVR. How did you get that Fender Strat to sound so much like Stevie? I know he was a Strat player for the most part, but he got a tone just a little deeper than most Strats you hear.

@boblackey1 Thick strings dude.. He had his guitar set up like a bass.. Bass frets, very heavy guage strings, and higher action. All this gives it a more deep sound, but it reeks havoc on your guitar.
