If anyone gets something like this......put a very hot and damp heat pack on it for 10 minutes. Repeat 3-4 times a day. That will generally bring it to a head in a few days.

If there's no head (white top), then messing with it will only make it worse. Bring that baby to a head, then enjoy the burst.

This isn't good at all! First off your probably using a dirty hose covered in bacteria.
