Clearly a Denny Laine song with Denny on lead vocals throughout..... Great Vocals at that...... with Macca singing backup. Denny's song.

With not one pic or mention of Denny in this vid. The few things he soloed with the Wings were awesome as were all his contributions with Paul and the Wings. Some of my favorites were Denny songs/singing.

His few songs that were his leads still get slighted even tho Macca has plenty of his own, it's a shame but the way it is i guess.

well, it isn't actually a real Denny Laine song. He started writing it, but Paul helped him to finish it and in my opinion you can really notice his influence in this song. and they are also singing the vocals together. For me, "Children Children" is more a D.L. song than this one. But thanks for your comment

It's marvelous to see both parents in the three Paul and Linda children. Bea favors her brother and sisters as well. Thank you for sharing this. I can't say enough how great it is to see good people having good children to carry their values forward after them. Seems so few people take the time to actually raise their own children. Paul and Linda get kudos for that alone, especially since it wasn't the "rock world" norm to do so. It's a spread the goodness forward pyramid scheme !

Yeah, good point. She is Pauls daughter. He brought her up, and has known her since she was just a little girl. When Paul joined the View in january he named her as one of his FIVE children!

I recall when Linda passed away in a People magazine article Heather's late biological father Melville See cried and said Heather gave him the news of Linda's passing by saying "Mommy died in Daddy's arms". Paul is daddy to Heather. Sadly her blood father (as she calls him) died a suicide.

It kind of pisses me off that people say Paul only has four kids-and one adopted! It`s like Heather doesn`t belong to his family. Some newspapers even call her Pauls stephdaughter. She is Pauls DAUGHTER!

Exactly so. I used to wonder what Heather called Paul-a fan on a Beatles message board said Heather called her late natural father "Poppa" and Paul was "Daddy". That to me says it in a nutshell. On the same message board another fan stated that Heather Mills, Paul's ex pointed out to Larry King that Paul had 4 children not just 3 (this was before Beatrice was born). That put a smile on my face because well Heather Mills rather annoyed me but at least she tried to set the record straight on LK.

Does anybody say that Madonna only has two children, or that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie only has one? No they don`t. They count their adopted children in too. But they never do the same with Pauls adopted daughter.

That is very good point. Even as a teenager (in my youth there was no internet) I recall shaking my head with frustration at some Paul or Beatles bios that described Heather as Paul's 'step' daughter rather than as just his daughter. Even at that age I knew that once a child is a adopted that child is fully a 'son' or 'daughter' not a step-child.

@missgibbdreamer yes, all the McCartney girls that are Linda's are married but all have kept their McCartney last name through their marriages. and James, Paul's on, will always be a McCartney and I guess Beatrice Mills is also a "McCartney" for now

well, I wouldn't say so. It was written by Paul and Denny, and they are singing the lead vocals together as well as the harmonies. So I would fit it under Paul McCartney and Denny Laine.
