do happen to of ramsey lewis he is a great piano player this song kinda reminds me of is late 60s work he did with the drummer maurice white whom he later founded earth eind and fire. is u havent heard ne of hes stuff yet u should check it out

hey man, im really diggin ur style. im really considering making a recording smooth jazz- r&b band. i play sax and this is exactly the kind of style i wanna make with it. what are the voicings on those chords ur using man- hit me up.

if it's a major or minor chord, I usually play 1 3 5 7 with my left hand and 235(7 on top if you want). so for example F major would be F A C E G A C E and F minor would be F Ab C Eb G Ab C. try going from minor to minor like D minor D F A C E F A C to E Minor E G B D F# G B and on the D minor solo in C Major scale and on the E minor solo in the G major scale. good stuff to fool around with
