  • i've heard that Stanley only reached a maximum speed of 22mph. I'm interested to know, what limited its speed. AI computer processing power? or some kind of safety precaution?

  • id smoke all those cars in reverse in a freak geo. driverless cars are lame and pathetic. u lazy fucks.

  • @diajtax You are a lazy fuck because you can't be innovative.

  • @diajtax

You're not thinking outside the box. This may look at first glance to be useless, but the uses of it go far beyond 'lazy people who don't feel like driving'. This technology can be used to transport people unable to drive. There could be sensors installs that will warn you of incoming cars that you can't see, so you can avoid it quickly. Our cars would automatically take control to avoid a crash if the human driver isn't responding.

  • @diajtax Imagine technology that would kick in if a driver fell asleep at the wheel? It's not a race, its advances in useful technology

  • Hi guys I found this really interesting thing on driverless car, it is titled :

The car that thinks: The thinking car or mindless junk?

I found it at MyCarMyChoice (dot) com under Tech Funda.... I bet it's interesting!

  • Alright!! Now I won't need anybody to drive me home while drunk. Neither will I need to drive my kids to school.
