yes 5000watts each is the rated. hopefully soon or the next comp this same van will be powered with 3 kicker warhorses. so 30000 watts total.

a HO alt is a must 270 amp and up .. and least 4 batts xs powers or kinetic. My setup i had 10 yellow top optimas.

I can get 2 Solo X 18's and a warhorse for around $3500, while this is a stupid ass deal....I don't have $3500. :-(

@yzf7steve Amps = watts / volts so, 10,000/12 or 14 or 16 = 833 amps, 714 amps, or 625 amps. I think you're gonna need more than one HO alt haha.

@yzf7steve Well an estimate would be around 700amps. 10,000w / 14v = 714 amps. But then you have to account for the efficiency of the amp. So if its say 70% efficient then your over 900 amps. But kicker recommends at least two 200amp alternators and like 8 batteries a piece.
