Listen to what Boyd says starting at 1:45:

"I dont know of anybody or any bill in Washington DC thats considering a single payer system."

Now, listen to what he says at 2:55 when a citizen tells him he just said he didnt know of anybody in Washington thats in favor of a single payer system:

"I didnt say that at all. Cause I didnt say that." He tried to skirt the issue by claiming he said he didnt know of any bill that had single payer in it.
