It's safe to say Steve Austin would have put the Chris Benoit matches he had on his two anthology DVDs that have come out in the last few years. I think part of the reason the 'Legacy of Stone Cold Steve Austin' 3-DVD set was delayed from a fall '07 release to a spring '08 release a few years ago was what happened with the double murder-suicide. And Austin was definitely an awesome technical wrestler, he made the mistake of turning heel in '01. Since heels have to bump way more than babyfaces.

Benoit SHOULD HAVE had a brief heel title run around 2001, 2002. When you see the kind of joke bad guys WWE gives the belt to these days in the WWE, it's a shock Benoit didn't get it, at least for a month or two.

BTW, this was a great match, but Austin didn't dish out enough offence during the match to beat benoit with a single stunner out of nowhere.

Zeb120, Austin is a GREAT tech. wrestler.. He's actually one of the greatest tech wrestlers.. you should watch some of his matches when he was the "Stunning steve austin" And "The ring master" but due to his neck injury and knee injury, He turned into a Brawler...but he still can wrestle.. but if he gets injured 1 more time.. he might use a wheelchair that's why he retired..
