How to make your own vinyl stickers

how do you make it stick do you need like glu or some other paper to put under so it sticks

@sbroco19 that back of the vinyl has self stick adhesive. The only reason I used glue was because it was so cold in my basement, the vinyl had a hard time sticking. Otherwise this stuff sticks to anything.

I just want to make stickers to put on my laptop.. right now i just printed on "label paper" and i knew it wasn't the best way and whenever i put the laptop in my bag, some of the pictures just start to bend and eventually rip up. Will this techniqe you;re showing work on my laptop?

@FattieAcidProduction This will work perfect. Once you put it on, its a pain to take it off. I think you will be very surprised on how well it works. I currently have stickers on my Motorola Xoom and have had 0 problems, and I use mine everyday.

i already have sticker sheets to print my design on for graffiti slaps, but i bought some laminating sheets at staples but they're realy thick, not totally clear and when i put them on the stickers they're so stiff that you can't bend them at all. So clearly i bought the wrong kind, where did you get your laminating sheets?

have you tried their clear vinyl paper? and you said you had to glue it i was thinking of putting it on a bicycle i am restoring, i read on a bike forum that this is one of the best vinyl paper you could use if you are making the stickers yourself but your giving me second thoughts on it since you last mentioned you had to use glue and its just on an arcade machine and i plan to ride my bike around and i didnt want it to fall off

The printable vinyl by itself is waterproof/uv proof for outside use. By putting on the clear laminate on it just helps it last longer and gives it a nice gloss look. U need to buy the laminate online, I have checked all the office supply stores/craft stores and no luck.
