pretty car, but can it take a shape charge off one of the new rocket propelled grenades( PG-7VR )....id be surprised if those big flat sides can, seen as a M1 Abrams with all there reactive plates, and metal grills have trouble with them. theres one clear answer to this new IED proof car....terrorists are just gonna make bigger IED's.....if you can make a 500lb IED its not much harder to make a 750lb IED....woops there goes billions of pounds of "protection force" investment

@0pocketpenis0 In that case troops should just drive around in Transit vans. Yes they'll always be the potential for a bigger bomb or more deadly AT rockets/missiles, but should that stop the investment in MRAPs? How many people have been killed by IEDs or RPGs in Mastiffs? As far as I'm aware, non. That's certainly better than the old Snatch and Vixens.

Furthermore, how do you plan on getting a 750lb IED in the ground? A quarter ton is no small weight. Especially with a Reaper watching you.

Looks like torsion suspension- doubt if that will last long. Problematic just like Mastiff I bet! Should have chosen the Supacat contender, troops love their vehicles.

Far superior to the old 'Snatches'. As good as the Snatches were for urban environments, out in Afghan they were well out of their standard operating parameters.

These Ocelots will be a welcome addition to arsenal.
