It's a TTY terminal for deaf people. You see them on pay phones occasionally. Sometimes they're located under the phone and open up automatically when you dial a deaf relay number.
teletypes are still cool.

i was there just last year. the number for the phones are 303-342-8088 and the other 303-342-8089
