I have a proposal for any minecraft oldfags (oldfags being anyone from early beta [1.3] or alpha) who remember the good old days, when minecraft wasn't a cash cow. Grab MCnostalgia, go back to your original (or favorite) version of minecraft, and play a little, have some fun, and truly realize what minecraft has become. Protest against all of these useless features, tell your friends how good the old minecraft was, whatever, but stand against what minecraft is becoming!

easiest way to collapse a sand tower - put a torch on dirt or something, then dirt on the block above the torch. place the tower on top, and do what you want with it.

when done, if you want the tower gone, just delete the dirt directly below the sand. the sand will fall on the torch, and be destroyed.
