theres alot of different v ersions of the box and the computer, ive seen differen t cases, different keyboard colors and sace color (theres a white c64 on ebay right now) and I have a diff box than you have on the video... theres many variations over the years
About the illustration on the box: In the early days, the machine depicted on the outside of the box was either a prototype or from a very early production run; hence the difference to the actual machine inside.
Regarding using the C-64 along with technical measuring equipment: There actually were digital multimeters, function generators and other equipment that could connect to the same serial port as printers, floppy drives etc.
open the case and check the datecode printed on the SID chip

If you visit the wikipedia site for the commodore 64 it'll mention all of the variations in emblems, keys and function key colors.

i think you forgot the printerinput,sorry i was dreaming...wow 83 they got colored book ?! nice..my was black&white.
after w while i got an floppyturbo 3*;7* and 12* faster as normal.

that computer is old, but everyone wanted one. It was cheap (sorta) for the time and had better games...in color.... ahead of the times
