Pour certains chants de Taizé, tel celui-ci, on peut aussi aller sur le site de Taizé les entendre et les apprendre en ligne à plusieurs voix : site Taizé puis Prières et chants puis Apprendre les chants. Lettre L etc. Et voir la partition.
I'm sorry, but text is NOT "laudate Dominus" BUT "laudate Dominum" with the final "m". And is ever "laudate Dominum" and NEVER "laudate omnibus", because the expression laudate omnibus means praise all people.... But here we are praising the Lord, not people! What a pity for these errors... Please correct them.
Actually, "omnes gentes" is a vocative, which changes the meaning slightly to "Praise the Lord, all you nations, praise the Lord" (from Psalm 117). The thing that may throw off is that you omitted the comma after the first Laudate.
And btw, I love this music - I searched it thinking of international meetings of Taizé I used to attend many years ago...
"Laudate omnibus" ist mir auch nicht bekannt und ich bin mir sicher, dass es diesen Text so nicht gibt. In keinem Gesangbuch habe ich diese Version gefunden.

Laudate omnes gentes,Laudate Dominum.
Laudate omnes gentes, Laudate Dominum.
In Polisch language it means:
Chwalcie wszystkie narody
Chwalcie Pana
Chwalcie wszystkie narody
Chwalcie Pana

@bioboi01 Actually, "laudate omnibus" means "all praise". People aren't part of the sentence. It doesn't match the lyrics, but the theology is solid.

It should be: Laudate omnes gentes, Laudate dominum, which means: praise all peoples, praise the lord.

it is 2 times the same :
LAUDATE OMNES GENTES, LAUDATE DOMINUM..

Pardon...
Quelle belle vidéo, quelle musique magnifique, mais...
Trop de fautes de latin!
(laudate omnibus signifie le Seigneur - sujet - louez??? Laudate omnibus: Louez... à tout le monde? Ca ne veut rien dire!)
Les paroles sont simplement
Laudate omnes gentes
Laudate dominum
répété à l'infini!
(Quel dommage ces fautes! Mais ça me torture de les voir s'afficher avec une telle assurance!)
-sinon, félicitation pour cette vidéo très belle qui donne envie de retourner à Taizé...
