I'm sorry you went through that, and I can Identify with a lot of what you said. I've just past the one-year mark, and this weekend has been this first challenging time for me. I really never want to smoke again, so I have lots of back-up plans and devices. Anyway, your video hit me at the perfect time, and was helpful to me. @missjenibee Thanks. Yeah, the want to smoke is always an issue. However, vaping to me is still more likable than cigarettes - which give you that 'dirty' feeling. I've tried to really find the pleasure (often taken for granted) in the cleanliness of vaping. When you smell, see, or take a drag on a regular cigarette it is then not so pleasurable. This is a little psychological game you need to play with yourself - it's hard, but to truly disassociate from cigarettes I think it helps.
