My point, TINML is that when someone gives comments using the word "version" it usually comes after the original. Sorry if I offended! Settle down, settle down, what's the commotion. All that is important is Fastball is doing great.
As a matter of fact, it would clear things up! Look, I'm new to this YouTube stuff. I think you did "an awsome mix". I just meant the song itself was the original and was confused by the word "version". I'm used to listening to the music, not "You Tube Versions". Really, I love the song AND the version you uploaded. It's a tribute to a GREAT band. Friends?
I never had a problem with your comment, just seemed like you were dissing the other comments referring to this as a great version. And I did NOT do this mix but Fastball did. It was released on a promo single that was sent out to radio back in 2001. With the album version (free mix) and this version (expensive mix). I only uploaded it with the "video".
Thanks for clearing that up. Semantics! Really, I love this song. I'm putting a desk together and listening to "Little White Lies" as I do. I'm about to smash this thing to pieces and enjoyed hearing from you. Take care.
Why is everyone talking about this being a great version? Tony wrote this song. Just saw them at City Winery in NYC on Saturday. They blew everyone away-full house happy to report.
Thanks for doing this, TINML, some old photos there! The shot with the cap guns is from a shoot by Todd Wolfson for The Austin Chronicle about 2004. Personally, I'm not a big gun whacko but that's the photo they ran. Tony
Hey there - All Fastball fans who are within driving distance of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Fastball will be playing a free outdoor concert on NEW YEAR'S EVE on the Fayetteville Square. They are such a great band. A great way to bring in 2008! Spread the word!
