Gareth Pugh is neither ORIGINAL as he is INTERESTING! This technique is so easy and has been done before by many other designers-but done with true artistry. Gareth is a copier.He calls it his 'trademark' technique of slashing and fettering........BLAH BLAH BLAH yeah right.

The dress looks pretty at the end of it-but seen it all before......Mark Fast, Iris Van Herpen and Craig Lawrence not only produce similar looking textiles yet they use colour! Gareth Pugh is a 'swagger jacker!' Be original.

@TheFashioncritic are you joking.....look at gareth's entire array of collections...there are some very unique things going on in them.

Iris van herpen is similar....but her designs are more organic in comparison to PUGH...Pugh's designs are monochromatic...geometric...

He also doesn't limit himself to "slashing and fettering" he's done many different looks.

Just because a few artists have similar aesthetic or us similar techniques does not mean they are copying eachother.
