This is incorrect. It was not over time that the early Christian circles came to think of Christ as Lord, but during the time of Christ, because He made it absolutely clear who He thought He was. The self-understanding of Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour is unavoidable if you understand the Bible. Now, you might claim he was mistaken given your own beliefs, but it's simply incorrect to claim it was the Christians who mistakenly later came to think of Christ as Lord.

yes all religions that worship one god are monotheistic. but not all religions that claim monotheism infact are (like christianity and catholicism for example). while the holy trinity may be concidered all god it is none the less multiple separate entities and thusly a polytheistic belife any way you want to look at it.

The trinity is not separate entities it is one god. it is split into 3 to represent the omnipresent god and that that god is everywhere. the father son and holy-spirit are ONE. ask any christian practitioner and they will tell you the same. monotheistic religions are based on the fact that one god exists and no other. saying that they are polytheistic negates the religion completely

its "claim" of being monotheistic is the religion. in Christianity there is one god. in satanism there are several. in paganism there are several. Judaism is one god. Buddhism..one god. In Islam, we pray to God to express thanks and praise the Lord of the Worlds. We ask God for forgiveness for ourselves and others.

However, additionally, it is completely permissible to pray to God for something permissible (i.e. getting over an illness, for a parking spot, for paradise, for health, etc).

False, islam is not a religion at all. Islam is a doctrine controlling total way of life of the individuals and society. It has many components, religion being only one. The other components are caliphate government, sharia law, foreign policy of jihad, domestic policy of subjugation and jizya, finance, business practices, interpersonal relations and even personal hygiene.
