i lost my grandad over 2 months ago he meant alot to me we were very close , even though ive been staying strong for those months it still hurts and to top that my confidence is very low at work and everywhere i just dont know how to feel good about myself anymore

Although it's bad now, eventually, you'll feel a huge difference, it'll open your eyes to the world and you'll start to see the beauty in life a lot more. I'm christian, I'm white. Met a girl..shes considered fat and ugly and cause shes black of other people and descriminated and laughed at...she atempt 2 times suicide..took a very long time so i can gain her trust and share her part of life..she was horrible..until i talked to her into God if u accept he can change ur life..go my christian church.you'll feel happy.So she took all my advice and things i thought her..she is now filled with joy and talking about good things about god and herself..:)
I dont know what to think anymore. I try to force myself to feel good about life, but I always end back up feeling so hated by God for some reason. I dont know why I am being punished severely if there is God? People can easily say to hold your head up when they dont have a problem, but when you are facing adversity it is hard to keep a positive attitude. I will keep trying for success.

What you suggest would cheer up a person in a normal state of mind, not on the brink of suicide. My rule of thumb is: Keep it simple, keep it sincere. The music is simple and sincere, so it works. I like it. Also, it probably was written by somebody who's been through a lot, which in this case is particularly good.

I feel like I lose mind and become crazy and nothing make sense, that life would be better without me around cause I make nobody happy, not event myself and Its not cause I dont try ...in your video its write ( the mesure of mental health is the dispositon to find good everywhere ) even if my life make look hell as an holiday.

Well some of these qoutes are good but i compared life as a pro fighting match and god is your 2nd for example he not there to give you your strength he only there to give you 2 things hope and gudiance and each round will be harder then the next but you'll have to continue on without giving up hope even if things seem to be at it's worse just keep going because you might get a K.O. @xCxExYxLxAxNx Yes, but this is for depressed people. Pepping them up is kind of tricky, as they can spot an easy and obvious approach a mile off. What you suggest would cheer up a person in a normal state of mind, not on the brink of suicide. My rule of thumb is: Keep it simple, keep it sincere. The music is simple and sincere, so it works. I like it. Also, it probably was written by somebody who's been through a lot, which in this case is particularly good.

Most of the "quotes" are cliche and the music is horrible.
Some of the quotes are horrible too like:
"Know that your head creates your world." Well what kind of world does a depressed person have then? Depression is not something that can be fixed by just thinking positively, it is a chemical imbalance.

Hello; Toastie91 is my son, probateflower, and he has gone through shit (probably takes after me re depression) but he done this video with the very very best intentions; He got the quotes from a book I myself bought whilst in a dark place of my own that comes and goes; Please understand there ARE people out here who suffer the same as you obviously do and perhaps the song is not the best one in the World to pick but he did at the time he made this video;

With all do respect, to anyone looking on youtube or anywhere that support the opinion of another person, will not get very far unless you rely on others for a happiness boost, so whatt happens when your alone? screwed for happiness?
This is because nobody can tell your brain to do something that makes it happy, thats just funny, its like someone else ordering my drink for me unless they know what i prefer.
Quotes can motivate, but you need to know happiness is only limited by your thoughts
