every time you complete a mission you get mission xp just look for the scrolls with a ? on your map

To get mission XP :

you have to go talk to people around the map with the blue question mark. Then they will give you missions to do which you can select at the mission list. These missions give you XP.

sure you have to bet the first d rank mission which is hide and seek whith that kid.

its alittle hard and then you can take one or more missions from the missions, and then you have to do the same along the game.
