Will this record into the DAW on two or more seperate channels at the same time or is it just one line in please?

I'm looking to be able to record at least two seperate lines into ableton, more would just be a bonus :)

@RikJamezBich Yup I got this same mbox. Just go to the website and check the requirements. I would strongly recommend checking everything you need before investing into one of these. This gave me hell whenever I got something new and realized I needed something else

That was probably the most useless and uninformative video I've ever watched for a "review" of an item. You didn't tell/show us anything that we couldn't have seen or read about by looking at the online pictures of it or by reading the spec sheet at DigiDesign's website. I'm not talking crap to the maker of the video - but at least put "Useless Video" in the title for your next video if it isn't going to be informative in the least bit.

if you dont want to use like "real" drums...then you could buy a drum machine...or a drum virtual instrument which can be pretty good and cheap.

Yes. Midi cable from MPC to midi-In port on mbox 2. Should work..

Of course! Anything that has an audio output can be routed into any audio interface with the right cables. You could take the stero out from ur mpc into a mixer then the main output of your mixer into one of the two audio inputs of your interface and record to any track in your daw. The key is having the right cables.

it only takes like a mic cable, firewire cable, and you already got a headphone out, so thats not even anything, unless, u wanna hook in a compressor, headphone amp.

You can use firewire on a pc, you just have to get the hookup.

most PC's have firewire on the mother, you just need a computer case with the firewire breakout panel.

Or, buy a firewire PCI card from your local electronic goods store. They aren't all that expensive.
