  • Hey John

I'm interested in trying out this my self. I'm just worried it might damage the engine, since hydrogen turns back into water as it burns.

Isn't corrosion going to be a problem in the long run?

  • As you know I worn everyone not to put a cell on an you can't afford to lose... as for me... I don't believe there is going to be a problem because the water is turned into steam and shot out the muffler.. along with all the other gases . and the emissions now contain water anyway..John AArons

  • hey

    just a question

    1. did you notice any beating on your car battery?

    2. your chart shows that cell gives you 5 miles per gallon extra

What if you make the cell bigger? Will the car battery be able to handle it?

    You're doing great work

  • I have had the cell running at 30 amps... that is Max.. for this battery..

  • JOHN.sorry i think i could help all of mankind. but dont know how to promot it. have doubled my gas consumpstion. keep going bud you are close. but i think i might see gas at10$ a gallon. before we can run water.yrstrly, builder1stcl. keep going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think...we will have the answer before that..

  • HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THE MOISTURE

  • There is no need o yell.. Using Cap. letters is for the others ... not me.

  • Hi John

How about a variation on your previous spring tension idea to keep the cell sealed. Instead of having the purpose of explosion or safety pressure relief, use more heavy duty springs with higher tension, strategically placed, to hold a seal no matter how much it compresses over time. Mak

  • I like the idea but the problem is that the straps have to be lone to do the job. They can be done another way bu it get complicated and I have a thing about that... I want the cell to be simple..

  • If your going to use a similar rubber seal/gasket as before, maby some regular clear silicon on the outside of this area can provide an additional seal if the gasket is leaking. That silicon caulking is also flexible and somewhat heat resistant.

  • How soon will you be disconnecting the fuel line and running the Honda exclusively on Hydrogen? That's when I'll invest in an Aarons cell. Any idea when this could happen? 6 months, 2 years?

  • At this point all of my work on that type of system is lab..

    John AArons

  • I have tried that... doesn't work.

    John AArons

  • O.k. I was just sending out an idea. I was not sure it would work. Maybe thinking outside the box once in awhile might lead to a happy accident. :)

  • Please don't misunderstand a short answer with not caring... I have many(more than you would believe) comments I have to answer on over 300 videos... not including e-mail.. I always enjoy talking to thinkers..

  • Hi John. In your Focus test run, did u use a PWM and what was your water temp. Keep up the good work. I'm very eager to see the results of your next test run with the O2 sensors tweaked.

  • I didn't need it... the cell was balanced to run at 15 amps..

    John AArons

  • I have a newly found interest in your work so if this question is redundant please forgive me. How does your system separate the free gases.

  • Are you using "GOOP Brand" sealer? If so, that is some really good stuff. It's like a mix of silicone and model airplane glue

  • Its called plumbers Goop

    John AArons

  • Hey John, why not use rubber groms to seal your bolts along with the plastic spacers?

  • I have done a lot of testing is this last year.. the way the cell in constructed if the simplest and the best out their (I believe)... as for the seal that is a easy fix..

    Thanks

  • I have a question have you ever thought about using a PC power supple. The reason is you can get up to 65amp at 12v dc power and more. I know you would have to run a dc to ac converter but I checked the power use for the PC supply max 5amp ac so a 1000watt or maybe 1500watt converter would do it. Draw for the 1000watt specs is 14amp surge 10-12amp continuous .09amp ideal. That's running the PC supply at about 80% for 12v and about 45amp pulling 12amp of dc power from the car. Could this be right

  • Whay can't you get a piece of rubber/silicon, cut it out to fit the cell and when compressed should seal right?

  • silicon is my next try...

  • I also saw where someone is using platinum instead of stainless and reports cleaner water and better output. Probably very expensive too.

  • Filtering the water is easy... and if that is the only thing we have to worry about .. not a problem.

    John AArons

  • Hi John, have you heard of using white distilled vinegar for an electrolite? Also the schedule 40 pvc your using will expand lengthwise quite a bit when hot. We have trouble with it in plumbing applications with expansion so your gooping the top will probably be a good quick fix so you don't have to worry about that any more. You have bigger fish to fry. Really enjoy your work. Good luck.

  • If that was so than there would not be a problem with the seal.. the top should have pushed down on the the tube because the side straps are steal and can't move.. Good thought ... but it is the seal ...

  • John,

Been following you for a while. Installed first my first HHO generator in my 97 Montero....On first tank of fuel, I went from 17.72 AVG MPG to 26.23. Just thought you might like to know. Your video presentations and experiments have been a huge help. THANK YOU! Keep up the wonderful work.

  • Thanks... but I must re-state my position.. This is all experimental and you may get more or less than the next guy... mostly because of the engine you have and also the condition of it. One other factor is there is no standard cell and most people are quoting without description of cells... I am trying to do that. John AArons

  • Good work man. Btw if you dont want to have any rust problems in the future you may be able to use hard plastic bolts.

  • I truly enjoy your work, and look forward to each video.

  • Thanks ... I do put time into them..

    John AArons

  • and we appreciate it
