Millennium Actress OST ending theme

I am 18 years old and I saw Millennium Actress the first time ever in my life yesterday. When the movie ended and this song started playing, I very, VERY nearly started crying. I admire Satoshi Kon's movies and Susumu Hirasawa's music, but this combination of them is the most touching and perfect it ever could be :c And only now I realize what a genius we lost one and half years ago. Oh god. May he rest in peace and cherish in afterlife.
