Education, morals and SELF CONTROL are needed to stop the spread of HIV. I really don't care is people call me a sellout for saying it but there's just too much sex going on in the black community.
What makes me so mad/sad about the high rate of AIDS among BW is the fact that IT is preventable. It is so sad. BW need to treat every man they come in contact with like he has the virus until he proves otherwise.
