okay, so i noticed something interesting about every time he "quotes" obama - he ends his sentence in an upward inflection. so possibly, the convoluted and false rationale is that he's not quoting, but asking a question of whether it is what obama is saying or not... i don't watch fox news for just this sort of reason, but i'd be interested to see if this upward inflection is the pattern when he and others purposely twist someone's words.
