Back to School: Driving Safely with School Buses

I work at First Student too. I love my job most of the time. However, this video announcement needs to be more clear on some things. First, why is the bus all the way to the curb on the side of the street? It should be in the actual roadway. Second, bus drivers should be using "hand signals" to let the kids know when it is safe to cross & I did not see that in this video. I can't believe this was put out there by First Student. Just my opinion....thanks for listening.
