You write as though the Constitution gives us those rights, the Bill of Rights give us nothing, only serves as a FIRST line of defense in protecting those rights. I have NEVER had confidence in the system. I've never voted. I was planning on voting for Mike Gravel in the Pennsylvania Primary, but seeing as he's now a Libertarian, I think I might vote for you Davis. I like the idea of being able to voice my discontent with a vote.
