Check out the tutorial by EASkateTV.

Basically you just set a marker at 75mm and then a marker at 24 mm straight after. When you keep playing the video, the lens will go to 10mm, a more distorted fisheye effect. You can then delete the other markers and play around with the 10mm one if that makes sense..//
