  • Well I attempted to do this one, but like I said in the last video that I did..."I'm beat" I need to get a fresh start on this one, because I enjoyed this one too. I did between 85-90% of it though. I used to be so energetic until I got on a diet that suggested that I don't workout, I feel like I lost all of my energy, I am hoping that doing your workouts everyday will get me going again. So far, I am loving each and every one of them. Thanks for such lovely workouts, I can really feel them.

    but there will be that ONE move that I just does not work for me. I lose my composure. I guess you could say I do that part but I know what I'm doing is not what SHE's doing :-)

  • Tiffany, you are AWESOME!! I just found you and LOVE the fact that your workouts are small - I have a desk job (I work from home) and have put on 30lbs from sitting - so now Im on day 3 of the Dukan diet and will be throwing in your workouts in between breaks at my desk - super!!!

  • @lucelynne8 As your body fat decreases so will your breasts. Eat lots of fruits and veggies to help maintain the elasticity in your skin. Do the boob life and tummy tuck workout

  • @kray973 I can only give approximate calories burned depend on the size and fitness level of the person. average= 125 for 10 minutes

So thank you! I'm not fat, i did rhytmic gymnastic for 8 years, so i just started your workuots, to straight my body. I kindly ask you, what time will you make a new video? :)

  • oh my goodness. I just can't do a lot of these moves, I don't think my body can move that way :P like, I can't even make a figure eight! but I try this over and over again on other days to see if my flexibility will improve :)

I found your workouts about a month ago and I've lost tons on weight on my back, legs and waist; although I'm seeing results everywhere I was just wondering if you had any advice about tummy fat. My favorite workout has to be this one, I do Get Your Sexy Back almost everyday. If you could give my some guidance, I would really appreciate it (more than I already do!)

  • I really enjoyed this workout... It had a lot of dancing moves and really got me pumped up and going. Question: Should i do 6 different workouts of yours? Or just two three times each? I go to the gym and i am just starting up with working out and i dont want to get injunred. I'd aprreciatte it if you tell me.

  • @GabbGABB1990The workouts are made to fit into any schedule, but I recommend following the schedule I give to my INNER CIRCLE members or starting with teh weekly schedule I have on fb :)

  • The sound keeps cutting out every time this video pauses! It doesn't happen on your other videos, and a few people I've shared this video to complain of the same thing! I wonder what it is.

  • Hello, Im 13 + I just started doing this workout! I really really enjoy it and when i do it more more and more not only do i look godd but i feel good too; I had the same problem as dEaDlYCoSmIcTiTaN i got immune to a workout i did+i did this and now im SO tired lol; but i love it keep going!

  • I really love these videos. i work out all the time but i started to build immunity to it, plus they weren't a big challenge. then i started doing these work outs...and BAM! Kicked my butt day one, improved areas i was having problems with, helped sculpt and everything else. THANKS SO MUCH :D

  • OK here's the story. I am 22, weigh 230 lbs and jeans are between 18 and 20, depending on brand. My goal is to get back to a size 16 & reduce my blood pressure naturally. Found these videos and fell in love! Low impact is important to me b/c I have recently injured my left knee and have always had back problems. Also, I love that I don't have to be on the floor to work my core/abs.

    Now, you say to repeat these videos 3x, but will they be effective if I do 3 different videos, 1x a day?

  • @BikerBabe00569 You need to cut out any junk food or coffee or anything else you spend money on to do this, there is no better way to spend your money than to invest in your health and well being.   • @karazyme6 I would do as many videos it would take to fill 40 minutes twice a day, along with another low impact workout for 20 minutes and doing crunches and totally changing my eating habits as well. But I also have to take into consideration that before I started, I was leading an extremely sedentary lifestyle along with eating cheesecake on the regular. Cutting out the cheesecake alone probably would've garnered results!

  • @MissSonia29 Yes, this does make you sore. Don't worry you will be fine. I have a weekly schedule on fb that you should follow along with a cleanse that will help you get your pre baby tummy back. look me up on fb :)

  • @TheSwee1 eat 1200 calories instead, and do not eat at night. DRink Tons of water, and stay POSITIVE
