Well I attempted to do this one, but like I said in the last video that I did..."I'm beat" I need to get a fresh start on this one, because I enjoyed this one too. I did between 85-90% of it though. I used to be so energetic until I got on a diet that suggested that I don't workout, I feel like I lost all of my energy, I am hoping that doing your workouts everyday will get me going again. So far, I am loving each and every one of them. Thanks for such lovely workouts, I can really feel them.

@lucelynne8 As your body fat decreases so will your breasts. Eat lots of fruits and veggies to help maintain the elasticity in your skin. Do the boob life and tummy tuck workout

The sound keeps cutting out every time this video pauses! It doesn't happen on your other videos, and a few people I've shared this video to complain of the same thing! I wonder what it is.

OK here's the story. I am 22, weigh 230 lbs and jeans are between 18 and 20, depending on brand. My goal is to get back to a size 16 & reduce my blood pressure naturally. Found these videos and fell in love! Low impact is important to me b/c I have recently injured my left knee and have always had back problems. Also, I love that I don't have to be on the floor to work my core/abs.
Now, you say to repeat these videos 3x, but will they be effective if I do 3 different videos, 1x a day?

@karazyme6 I would do as many videos it would take to fill 40 minutes twice a day, along with another low impact workout for 20 minutes and doing crunches and totally changing my eating habits as well. But I also have to take into consideration that before I started, I was leading an extremely sedentary lifestyle along with eating cheesecake on the regular. Cutting out the cheesecake alone probably would've garnered results!

this was awesome first day I do these, all because the gym at my apartment is being remodeled, I may as well just stick to these they are way funner than running on the treadmill!

Found these videos and fell in love! Low impact is important to me b/c I have recently injured my left knee and have always had back problems. Also, I love that I don't have to be on the floor to work my core/abs.
Now, you say to repeat these videos 3x, but will they be effective if I do 3 different videos, 1x a day?

But I don't just want to improve my core, though that is where I need the most help. I really need to work my whole body, and Tiffany, you seem to have the ideal body in my opinion: curvy and slender, with just the right amount of tone and muscle definition. I want to achieve that!

@BikerBabe00569 You need to cut out any junk food or coffee or anything else you spend money on to do this, there is no better way to spend your money than to invest in your health and well being. I charge 150 and hour for training and as an INNER CIRCLE membr you have my food plan, schedule and access to my coaching for $44 dollars!!! Prioritize yourself, find a way to make it happen :)

@karazyme6 I would do as many videos it would take to fill 40 minutes twice a day, along with another low impact workout for 20 minutes and doing crunches and totally changing my eating habits as well. But I also have to take into consideration that before I started, I was leading an extremely sedentary lifestyle along with eating cheesecake on the regular. Cutting out the cheesecake alone probably would've garnered results!

My last 10 pounds is taking forever :( :( :( .I badly wanna lose them before i meet my family in march is tit possible to get rid of them in 4 weeks ....I have been doing 45-50 mins of workout 5 times a week....eating sensibly summing upto 1000calories...Tiffany m is missing on something....m stuck at 130 almost for a month now :( :(
