This warbly quality makes this song sound just like the first cassette tape dub of this song I ever heard. I was hooked then and couldn't get enough. I'd love to hear all of their albums remastered at some point.

for me cause , it's a ballsy album , a double with a long instrumental , went agasnt the grain of the hardcore short loud fast rules . flip your wig did open the door . bummer that collage radio dropeed Husker Du when they signed to Warner

Zen Arcade to me, is the only Husker Du album that maintains BRILLIANT quality throughout..

NDR and FYW kinda trail off towards the end.the songs on the second halves are great still, but never as good as the first half. which sucks really..cause both first halves of those albums are some of the best music ever.
