Cold Steel makes great products, this one is nice and sharp. Your knotwork is great too, told you you would dig the paracord. This one is too flashy for me though, still nice very though.
Thats a good trick, you should try wetting the cord as you tighten your knots... They become so tight and hard when it dries. I do that whenever possible. I havent tried taking strings out yet though, Wetting it down works very well for me.
