I am in disagreement. First of all no black person is English. All black people born here are classed as British. You mentioned Brixton but that is a up and coming area with houses going for mills. No wherehere is as bad as garrisons. Over here we have Benefits whereas Jamaica doesn't. If you live in a Garrison it is hard to get work because of their address & lack of education. People in England can educate themselves if they wanted for free. Life over here is hard but is much easier, trust me.
