i sprained my ankle really bad about a year ago on my right foot and since then i get pain in my ankles if i do speed rope for longer than 20 minutes and ive lost alot of power bouncing off on my right foot when skipping , ive also noticed that when i try and push my knees out when squatting my right foot begins to come off the floor the lower down i get into a squat to the point where my big toe and the toe right next to it actually come off the floor . any suggestions?
Love all of the work your doing, and have benefited greatly from your instruction. However it would be great if you could work on the sound of the videos. You speak really fast also, so in combination, and for a dummy like myself, it's kind of difficult to understand. Other than that, thank you for your videos. This beat up body needs a lot of work. Very grateful.
Alright, I've watched a few of your videos and I'm convinced you know what you're talking about. Now I have a request! Can you please make a video of some daily exercises that runners must do to promote a healthy gait??
I have been using this with my patients. This is excellent for gaining ROM, but again, the patient/athlete has to maintain subtalar neutral, otherwise they are losing position. Your previous videos did a great job of explaining positioning.
