Wait wait...did you just imply that the colonization of Africa resulted in the abolition of slavery? Just think about that for a second...
Oh and of course pride is a good thing but it is also a double edged sword and when you combine pride with racial heritage you're only walking a dark path.
What is there to celebrate about race? A race is just a genetic variation of a the same species if you're going to celebrate anything it should be the accomplishments of the HUMAN race.
you can't assign a single numerical value for the 'benefit' of attending a racial pride parade. it could be different for different people--for some it could be 10, for some it could be 9, and so on... .and for some it could be 0... and for some it could even be negative considering the social, personal, financial, political, etc. backlash that they have to deal with after attending racial pride parades.
oh, and another thing, why in the hell do you hear black people (not that I have anything against them) complain about slavery that happened more than a hundred years ago, and use it as a way to attack whites, when people like the Jews, who faced fucking genocide no less, don't attack Germans or Italians for it?
I fucking hate race debates. However, this video is great, and needs more views. Its impossible to have a fair argument for race, because one will, no matter what, be somehow swayed to favoring one side. that's why I say we need to flow a little more, and people need to be able to express pride in their race or heritage, at last to the point where it starts to be offensive. I'd love to have a white pride march or where something that expressed pride, but I'd get hammered as a racist. It's sad.
@thegillotine09 Exactly. Using the economic value of *exhibiting* a sentiment in order to acquire gratification is not what is disputed to be rational.
Perhaps there should be more racial pride parades for caucasians and we should try and promote science,knowledge,intelligence and acceptance to those who try to better their lives and those around them in our parades (not trying to be racist)... but when you think about it, we are by far the minority on this planet, and we're also becoming a bit lazier with looser work ethic, and for some reason US's education system is falling behind (asia catching up).Should life not be about improvement?
I think you edit this video to remove the citation from the National Policy Institute because being associated with their studies is the most compelling argument that you are a racist that anyone could make.
1) What the hell are you talking about? I said the study was from the NPI explicitly in the video. Furthermore, the citation to the NPI study is in the video description.
2) I wasn't aware that guilt by association was a valid argument; thanks for correcting me. Oh wait......
1. Sorry, I accidentally omitted the word "should" from sentence ("I think you SHOULD edit"). It was a bad typo.
2. Guilt by association has various degrees of rationality. You citing the study isn't a terribly compelling argument, but one could interpret it to mean that you actively read their literature. They ARE a hate group and I say that unequivocally. I don't know enough information—You could simply have googled it—but it doesn't bode well to cite such a study.
2A) No, guilt by association doesn't degrees of (epistemic) rationality, it is a logical fallacy plain & simple. Also, how do you infer from the fact that I cite one of their studies that therefore I haven't read their literature? That's a total non-sequitur and seems wrong prima facie.
The term "hate group" is little more then defamation which is often used to poison the well (if I call your group a hate group, then I can dismiss what they say w/o addressing your argument).
No, I implied just the opposite! I'm saying that you citing their study is reason to believe that you DO read their literature, which IS white supremacist literature. If anything, I'm trying to protect you by telling you to remove the part where you cite it. You're using all this philosophy language about fallacies if somehow anyone is on equal par to make an argument. They do not do research that would ever be cited in an academic journal because academia won't publish hate.
@darklord220 Oh darklord220, my drooling helmet child, I could go off on how much I fucking despise your guts you despicable sack of shit, but there are so many more productive things to be doing, like wanking and drinking Southern Comfort. Farewelll...
@darklord220 Regardless of the fact that I EXPLICITLY said I would not in the last PM I sent, why the fuck should I give you the honour? You delete my comments, you lie when I call on your bullshit, you strawman my position endlessly, and more than half of the "discourse" is your gay fantasies of me being sexually molested. No fucking wonder I blocked your deranged arse, just fuck off.
@darklord220 "Damn, you are just a fucking moron and so much rage too; potentially a closeted homosexual as well given you seem obsessed with gay men and their activities."
I posted this and the rest of a comment on your channel, now it's gone; if you didn't delete the comment, where did you get this from? This goes without saying the deletion of comments "debunking" idealism, which you also respond to, my opinions of which can't be traced back to any remaining comments, you colossal dumbfuck.
@darklord220 You've been caught; I've clearly shown the inconsistencies that can only be explained by you deleting comments; you're profoundly fucking stupid; you can't even just admit and say "And I did it to piss you off! HAHAHA!" You're a fucking waste of space, an accident of humanity, a putrid boil on the anus of society, your death would amuse me greatly.
@darklord220 Erm, that's not how it works. The idea is you uncover actual racism, not just use an aspect of your person as a weapon when you've lost an argument, you pathetic piece of disengenuous shit.
Secondly, will you just admit you deleted the comments already? It's pretty fucking obvious.
@niriop Hating me because I am a beaner is actual racism.
And seriously dude, I did not delete your fucking comments. Do you remember I was bitching at you for the same thing and you thought I was bullshitting? It's a youtube error you dumbass.
@darklord220 I don't hate you because you're Mestizo, I hate you because you're a complete piece of shit; race is not a factor in being a cunt; also, where have I ever alluded to your race, ever? Give me some evidence.
Secondly, it can't be a YouTube error, because those comments stayed for days on end, I checked; also, the comments that "disappeared" were the most damning of the lot. Why would that be unless you're a dumb little bitch with a dick a newt would be ashamed of?
@darklord220 I'm not playing this game anymore; you're a Mestizo white supremacist who plays the race card, and calls himself a "beaner" to please his white friends; you act like a fucktard to fit in with the preconceived notions of your "racial intelligence" by your white redneck friends; you're a failure as a human being.
For how long though? And why did the errors happen differently? You quoted them, and a few days later they had gone; why? You must have deleted them.
@niriop Right, I only act for the white man's approval. Nice racism there, pal. I mean, enema receiving faggot.
I don't remember how long though. The errors didn't happen differently. I did quote them because I didn't delete them. Again, you are arguing from ignorance, like a creationist.
@darklord220 Well, you seem to; I mean, how much do you have to hate yourself to hang around people who regard you as inherently inferior? You're a young gay man, you've got you're entire life in front of you, why are you ruining yourself?
Well, I'm still going with you deleted them; fits in with your character, and also, it seems that the only comments deleted were mine so, you're a piece of shit, although I always thought that.
@niriop The people I hang around with do not regard me as inherently inferior. Because average means do not tell you much about individuals, they understand this, because their positions are a result of intellectual examination. Hey man, you are the one questioning my sexuality. You've done it, ten or more times in a row now? If you want cock, just ask one of your anti-racist friends for assistance, I'm sure they would be glad to help.
I don't care what you go with, its not the truth.
@darklord220 More self-denial. "do not tell you much about individuals" Fucking hypocrisy; it only applies to the "niggers and spics" when it suits, just more tacit admission you really have no faith in your "race realist" positions, you bunch of fucking dumbasses. "result of intellectual examination" Ha, that's a good one!
You're the one talking about cock, and "molestation by Islamic dick"; face it, you're deep in the closet.
I don't believe in "truths"; hence, your statement is incoherent.
Not thinking but being surround by fellow believers, huge utility. Is that an argument for the rationality of irrational beliefs? Hardly. It's also a self-fullfilling situation. If people organized human-pride parades there was simply another choice and another outcome. "racial pride parade" is a selected choice. It's not rational at all for the argument you give. It also presupposed that the differentiation is actually valid or operational etc etc
You're equivocating between two different definitions of rationality. There are two types of rationality: epistemic rationality and economic rationality. Epistemic rationality "generally" refers to the practice of believing propositions if and only if one has a set of good reasons to believe said proposition; inference to the best explanation. Economic rationality (on the other hand) is any set of actions that would lead to one's best expected payoff in terms of utility.
1) If you look at: the similarity thesis & genetic similarity theory, we can see that people (when left to their own devices) prefer to form groups & other interpersonal relationships with people like themselves (there's a very strong .84 correlation between similarity and interpersonal relationship formation, whereas complementary differences only have a correlation of .16).
2) There is (on average) a lower level of anxiety, lower level of interpersonal conflict, higher degree of marriage success, and higher degree of altruism and group trust among similar groups with similar members.
If this "human pride" parade was largely composed of dissimilar members, we have good reason to infer that (on average) individuals would experience less utility by going to it relative to a more homogenous racial pride march (if those are the object) for comparison.
@LaughingMan0X I would like to thank you for video. Its good to see a voice of reason against all the anti white propaganda you see nowadays. I am proud of my heritage and i see nothing wrong with that ! That doesnt mean i hate others, as the anti white propaganda always tries to imply ! It simply means i am proud of what my forefathers achieved. You see my parents are faroese, and we can follow back our family tree to the crew of leif erikson, so there is a lot to be proud of !
@phoenician7 (Cont.) Also the Mali "culture" was established by black africans. the first Kingdom to rise out of that region was the Kingdom of Ghana, the first of the Sahelian Kingdoms. All this information is online and found with research. Ethiopia is another example of a written language in Sub Sahara Africa.
@phoenician7 What source do you use to call Mali not part of Sub Sahara Africa? I used the UN and the Wiki pages for both Sub Sahara Africa and Mali. Mali is part of the Sahara Desert and being in it includes it as part of Sub Sahara.
@LaughingMan0X According to the UN and Wiki, Mali is part of what Europe calls "Sub Sahara Africa." That would include the city of Timbuktu. As you may know Sub Sahara Africa is what is known by some as “Black Africa” and Mali has a large “Sub Africa Population” and its majority is a “Sub African” ethnic group. All this information is found on the wiki page for Mali and the wiki page for “Sub Sahara Africa”
Ethiopia is another example of a Pre European colonization written language.
@LaughingMan0X How can you say that Africa had no written language before the colonlism by Europe. Unfortuantly you are repeating old racist ideas that were used to further and justify colonlism. The first two examples of African lands with writen word well before colonization are Timbuktu and Egypt.
Of course this is to say nothing of the other fallacies you asserted about the state of Africa before colonization.
Sub-Saharan Africa didn't develop its own written language, unlike North Africa (which did develop it). Both of your examples are in North Africa.
Furthermore until you point out how it was the case that something I said was fallacious, neither I nor anyone else has any reason to take such an accusation seriously.
@DavidFord0401 Timbuktu and Egypt is not located in Sub Saharan Africa; further neither of these cultures were established by black Africans. As far as written language in Sub Sahara, all of those were created with Arabic and Latin as the backbone: watch?v=d8aH53EybzM&feature=related
Cont: Also, while your point about genetics was correct, it did not strike me as very relevant. You ended pretty much with a 5 second wrap up in which all you said was that he was wrong. This came right after an argument of several minutes about DNA which left me somewhat bewildered as to why you would end like that. You exibit a lot of knowledge in this video, enough for me to subscribe, but you did not structure all that knowledge into an argument. That is at least how I feel about this video.
My point about genetics (& I gave chain arguments, arguments by analogy, etc for this) quite clearly argued against TT's point that there aren't genetic differences between people of different races, which don't manifest into anything of substance
An argument is generally defined as a series of propositions designed to support the truth or falsity of another proposition. I made several about racial pride, rationality, & discrimination designed to show why tooltime was wrong.
Cont: Your points that there is discriminitation against white people was correct and well made but what you should have explained is what you think are reasons for having a x-pride event and why you think these reasons apply in this case. The only reason you gave was: 10 Utils and it isn't as much trouble as this one particular other thing you could be doing. Again: what do these Utils represent? What are the actual reasons, the gained utility, from going to such an event.
I did explain at least a few reasons why someone would participate in a racial pride event; it was that they could potentially experience substantial happiness with a rather low opportunity cost in doing so.
Though there are probably other reasons one exhibits racial pride such as: a feeling of solidarity and social connectedness, a sense that one is apart of something greater than oneself, and fulfillment as a result of actualizing ones preference for exhibiting racial pride.
I fail to see how it is explained here why we should have white pride events. Tooltime at least made an argument with points that carried relevance. He tried to compare to reasons for having a black pride event to reasons for having a white pride event. You just randomly assigned 10 Utils to the event without explaining what those 10 Utils represent rendering your assertion that white pride events are good just that: an assertion.
1) I never claimed we should have white pride events, I claimed that any race exhibiting race pride is generally rational
2) "You just randomly assigned 10 Utils... without explaining what those 10 Utils represent"
[11:54 - 12:21] ..the standard for an individual action "rational" is whether or not the action produces the greatest amount of utility: happiness and contentment; for the smallest cost. We can even quantify this [happiness] using numbers, we'll call them utils
Honestly dude,I don't understand why you'd waste your time making a video on justifying white pride or any racial pride in general. How does skin color signify pride?Just because a guy with your skin color did something, you have the right to be proud. Absolutely not, its just like me having male pride, just because he has a dick i should be proud of our gender. All those scientific theories you spoke about don't justify a damn thing.You could have pride in yourself, but in race..fucking stupid
@thedayssalad 1) Wow you racist! Racial pride is much deeper and nuanced than skin color, how superficial you are. Taking pride in your racial heritage is feeling and proud and accomplished of your people's history, culture, and tradition, not just being happy you are black or have a crooked nose.
2) WTF?!!? I am definitely proud I have dick. It is precisely because of the existence of my dick, that I am superior to women.
3) Race is an extension of the self in some ways, it is your in group.
@darklord220 wo wo wo, are you stupid, if i just stated "How does skin color signify pride". What in your broken ass brain give you the idea that i'm "racist". Racial pride is a state of mind, were all human, so taking pride in someone doing something with the same skin color as you. Doesn't make any sense at all, skin color doesn't mean a thing. I have nothing to do with Washington carver creating peanut butter, he did not me. Why should i be proud of my self for his work?
@darklord220 dude none of the shit your typing is making any sense. number 1 you didn't prove that i was racist. number 2,were all human like i said before so shut the fuck up. 3.)I didn't say I decide whats meaningful for people. 4) That wasn't the point, the creation of peanut butter is debated by meaning historians. The point is just because a black guy does something Doesn't give me the fucking right to be proud of myself because i look like him. So stop wasting my time asshole
The reason of this loss has to do with necessity. In order to survive it is necessary to belong to a human society but it's not a matter of life and death to belong to a certain Mancester United fans club (which is a community). Therefore things that are necessary (therefore rational) for survival can justify pride. If, in your society, it is a survival issue to feel pride for being white, then it is rational to do (or become) so. If not it may prove irrational.
Whether something is required for an individual to survive is not necessarily related to it being rational (in the sense that I for said individual. For instance, if an individual want's to die expediently, it is irrational for him to do things required to continue living.
Well, the thought of suicide is irrational itself, so one would expect a certain amount of inconsistancy! To me survival is the basement of logic.
Anyway, pride is a mechanism of socialisation, so it has to bridge the gap between the interests of the person and the society. In order to do this, it HAS to become irrational. At the same time we can call racial pride economically "viable", because it provides a steady ground where you can build a personallity. One of many platforms
I think there's a problem when you use the term "Pride" along with the term "Ratio". Pride, to me, is a social mechanism necessary to become a "full" member of any given society. Rationalism on the other hand, is a certain way to think. "Rational Pride" therefore is a term which implies that there is logic under socialisation. This is indeed true as a general statement. But i think it looses some of its strength when you apply it to more strict entities such as race, sports etc.
The former (#1) involves an individual accepting, rejecting, or deferring judgement based on the logical consistency of a set of propositions, & the probability of their truth. The latter (#2) involves an individual taking a finite series of steps which would lead to one's best expected payoff in terms of utility (happiness)
I used the term in the latter sense, not the former.
Still, there's a lot of work to be done in defining the optimum path towards hapiness. We must surely use economic rationality in the way you do it here for no other reason but to have a reasonable model. In the same time we should always be aware that there is a certain ghost in the machine, called"phantasy". The undefined part of any human personality which accumulately prevent our social models from becoming real....
There's a major flaw in racial crime statistics in the U.S. in that most of them come from the Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) where criminals of Middle Eastern decent, along with those of non-white/non-black Hispanic decent are all lumped into the "white" category.
that tooltime guy sure seems like he is discriminating against whites in north america just because what color they are and where they were descended from. how's that not racism?
4 minute mark. "Supposedly privileged." Supposedly privileged. I want you to ponder this statement long and hard and consider what a blunder it is. Supposedly. Privileged.
Also, you speak of misconstruing and making logical fallacies, and yet you make the logical fallacy that the statement "white people in North America are not discriminated against" means all White People, all of the time. I think compared to black people and other racial groups, you're going to notice a rift.
*laughs* Two minutes in and already you fail. Really? Really? You can't find any reason beyond "why shouldn't we be able to do it too?" to white pride rallies, than it is to black pride rallies?
White pride? I'm white, but do I have "white pride?" Tooltime is right. The reason they do have black pride rallies, and black history month, especially in North America is to reflect upon their position in society. How is this is so difficult, for such an arrogant prick, to understand?
I think your ignoring the fact that the anti white discrimination you experienced was most likely a result of the oppressive actions of white people throughout history, hawaiians might not harbour such resentment towards whites if they hadn't had their homeland taken over by them and the economic growth you attribute to the countries of subsaharan africa under colonialism was only beneficial to the people expoliting the country for it's resources
@darklord220 no idiot read my comment in response to anglospherealliance to see what my actual argument was since you're to stupid to understand it on your own
@crackwad420revived No you see, your argument is so overused and stupid that I can not take it seriously. You are saying that the actions of past generations of white people caused 'general resentment toward whites' - by whatever action - and that this fact somehow justifies current day violence/discrimination against whites. This is bullshit. Also, places in sub-saharan africa didn't even have the fucking wheel before western contact, let's not pretend it was a zero-sum situation.
@darklord220 that's not at all what I'm saying, I already told you that, I was pretty explicit about the fact that I don't think the historical oppression of the past justifies that kind of discrimination in fact that's exactly what I said I'm saying those are the reasons behind regardless of whether it's right or wrong and to act like it's motivated by nothing other than blind hatred is dishonest
@crackwad420revived I don't think laughingman ever argued or even mentioned the motivations behind the beach monkey's actions; he is simply stating an instance of discrimination against whites. Also, the generations of these peoples today are so far removed from the initial colonization, that they really do not feel any psychological effects. Honestly, where they live they are the majority.
@darklord220 yeah I know he didn't mention the motivations behind their actions that was exactly my point, I said he was ignoring the motivations behind it and acting like the only reason for it was a blind hatred for white people you are pretty fucking stupid to miss the point this many times, I shouldn't have to repeat the same things over and over again before you can actually figure out what the fuck I'm talking about
@crackwad420revived Ok, if you believe laughingman is ignoring the motivations behind the discriminatory acts against whites, then how are you not trying to justify the beach monkeys' actions against whites through some inter-generational resentment? Moreover, he doesn't fucking have to mention the motivations because he himself had nothing to do the cause of the beach monkeys' hypothetical resentment towards the white group in the first place. You're trying to excuse the beach monkeys, fuck off
@darklord220 again I never said he brought that discrimination upon himself my point was that in ignoring the reasons behind it he was implying that there was none and in doing this the argument he presented was making it look like white europeans who throughout human history have ruthlessly dominated what they deemed to be subject peoples are persecuted in the same fashion as the victims of their persecution this is not true if the persecution they experience happens...
@darklord220 in response to the historical injustices experienced by these so-called subject peoples, it's still wrong I'm not trying to say that it isn't and if I have to keep repeating myself on this point I might just discontinue this discussion but my point of contention was with him conflating two different kinds of racism not whether or not the latter of the two was justifiable or not just like how the fact that civilizations in subsaharan africa were less advanced...
@darklord220 than their european counterparts doesn't excuse the colonial rape of their homeland but I don't know why you would be trying to argue against discrimination when you openly engage in it yourself that's pretty hypocritical
@crackwad420revived Right because Laughingman was totally responsible for the 'rape of their homeland', no that's fucking retarded. There is no hypocrisy; I am for discrmination, as you should be, since people discriminate based on any number of factors every fucking day.
@darklord220 wow you are seriously retarded I literally said the exact opposite of that like five times to you already and you still think I'm saying something different it's like you don't even read the comments you're responding to, and I know you're "for discrimination" that's why I said you're being hypocritical as shit by sitting here complaining about it like you actually think it's wrong, if you're for discrimination...
@darklord220 then shut the fuck up about "the beach monkeys actions" and have some consistency for fucks sake, if you think you are at all superior to people of a different race than you the sheer stupidity of all the shit you say in your dumbass comments is enough to refute that
@crackwad420revived There is no inconsistency; I have never claimed to be a PC anti-racist fag or anything of the sort. I am Mestizo/Ameriindian; I do not hold these positions because I feel 'superior' - there is a difference between being superior and 'feeling' superior - I hold them because certain races tend to exhibit traits that account for generally prosperous societies, and I acknowledge this. It would be silly of me to claim superiority because I am one in one of the 'inferior groups'.
@darklord220 if you support discrimination based on race and condemn others for doing the exact same thing that's a big inconsistency and what "traits certain races tend to exhibit" is irrelevant to the merits of the individual within the race just like I don't blame laughingman for the cruelties exhibited by his race I don't hold people of other races responsible for whatever failures you would attribute to them collectively and the fact that you don't think laughingman...
@crackwad420revived Oh I see, youtube fucked me. There is no inconsistency whatsoever, race and IQ studies/crime and race studies speak about averages - or facts that are of aggregates and groups - not individuals, so your point is stupid. No one is saying aggregate facts say something about EVERY INDIVIDUAL person, to claim that shows your ignorance of sociology.
@darklord220 there is no inconsistency if you don't discriminate against individuals because of their race but earlier you said you are "for discrimination" and condemning others for doing what you yourself engage in is an inconsistent position also I wasn't claiming aggregate facts say something about every individual at all, if you discriminate against individuals because of those aggregate facts and ignore their individual merits then that's what you're doing...
@darklord220 ...my knowledge of sociology has nothing do with it, once again you've demonstrated your inability to understand what we were even talking about
@crackwad420revived It has a lot to do with it. ""traits certain races tend to exhibit" is irrelevant to the merits of the individual within the race" The statistics and race differences say nothing about individual merits you fucking fool. No one is has or ever will claim that. now go home.
@crackwad420revived "if you discriminate against individuals because of those aggregate facts and ignore their individual merits then that's what you're doing..." Here's a thought, people tend be the average (hence the bell curve), for this reason I would assume the next person to walk in starbucks is going to be a person of mediocre intelligence, social ability, and can speak english to me. No one is discounting individual merits you fucking idiot that is not what is being discussed.
@darklord220 you've proven time and time again that you don't know what the fuck is being discussed I've already had to explain it to you in every other comment I make so don't act like I'm the one who's clueless about shit and you still didn't address my last point, I'm not going to keep repeating myself until you get it like I've been doing throughout this whole conversation so we can continue this when and if you can actually figure out what the topic of discussion is
@darklord220 has anything to do with the negative actions of white people but people of a different race should not be judged any differently from the less productive members of their culture regardless of individual achievement is another inconsistency
@darklord220 just cause you're too stupid to understand it (and so far you've haven't really been able to understand anything we've discussed) doesn't mean it's incoherent
@crackwad420revived Reading a piece of incoherent shit twice doesn't make it any less incoherent. Honestly dude, you started your sentence with 'has'.
@darklord220 man you are fucking stupid no wonder you couldn't understand what I wrote not only do you not know how to understand what you're reading (as exemplified by you accusing me of thinking white people are to blame whenever they're faced with discrimination even after I explicitly said that's not what I believe multiple times) but you can't count either I didn't "start my sentence with has" you retard, I posted two comments in response yours because I didn't have enough characters to...
@darklord220 do it with one and just in case you make the same idiotic mistake again this is the second part in two comments, next time you check your inbox try counting the number of comments that are there idiot
Actually, there were Kings in Hawaii (like King Kamahamaha) who wanted the US to annex them (partly because other powers may take them over that are less friendly than the US). The US refused that request. Nice job making excuses for the racism you probably would state you are against. Also, you are wrong. Sub Saharan Africas got the wheel, industralization, technology etc from the West. Most of the resources the Africans didn't even know where there.
@AnglosphereAlliance I'm not making exuses at all if you read my comment what I said was the anti white discrimination probably wouldn't have even occurred if it wasn't for the actions of white colonialists and imperialists that doesn't justify it but that historical oppression is probably at the root of what causes it
@AnglosphereAlliance and I didn't say that civilizations in subsaharan africa possessed those european inventions either, you're really misrepresenting the point I was trying to make which was the fact that colonialism in africa was beneficial for the colonizers and africans having access to products of european ingenuity doesn't change the fact that what was done to their ancestors was wrong nor can it make those acts in any way justifiable
No one is pushing to have Japan flooded with non-Japanese, giving them special rights and privileges over the indigenous population like free housing and affirmative action and then blaming the Japanese for ensuing problems. No one is pushing to have Nigeria flooded with non-Nigerians, then blaming the Nigerians for ensuing problems.
Only White politicians are supporting this, only White children are being displaced in their own countries. It's GENOCIDE against White people.
@HyperBorealOperator lol yey there it is. i love it when you guys finally reveal your true colors. you are an ethnocentrist, and a racist, talk about not able to sway a true believer lol. you see, you believe so firmly that your culture and people are superior to others, you cant accept that maybe it isn't. you will deny reality its self, in the face of all logic and evidence rather than allow your belief in your races superiority to buckle in your mind. explains the way you've been arguing.
@Hawaiianstile I love it when Hawaiian primitive monkey beachnigger fucks reveal their true colors. You are not searching for a debate or discussion, you just want to call people racist and point with your deformed incestual fingers you ugly polynesian piece of shit. Well guess what you got what you wanted. Now go back to the island and fuck your cousins you sick fuck.
@darklord220 but honestly though, its funny how quickly you drop the whole "im intelligent, i want to debate civilly, im not a white supremacist" act and behave in the vulgar and unintelligent manner your more suited to.
@Hawaiianstile No I will state it openly I am a Mexican White nationalist. On the other hand, you are hiding your hatred of white people under a mask of anti-racism. So suck a cock island nigger.
@darklord220 lol what ever you need to tell yourself. well its been fun and all but you have clearly fallen to pieces, guess that means im done with you asnd i have to go find a new moron to toy with. a hui hou e ka ukihi kanikani.
that it was a positive thing, that the western culture took over. again with no evidence to speak of besides your own one sided ethnocentric opinion. i have noticed that for all your use of logical terminology and what not, that your argument is no more well structured or valid than that of the person you are arguing against. you show great hypocrisy, zero proof in many cases, and basically build your argument on a shaky foundation of anecdotes, falsehoods, and ethnocentric opinion.
You "assert" my argument wasn't well structured, yet you give no reasons why. You "assert" I have zero proof, despite having two pages of citations backing everything that I said, and "assert" without giving every reason as to why, and you assert what I said is based on anecdotes and falsehood when virtually everything I references was out of mainstream scientific journals.
I'm left to conclude that you're either a: troll, dishonest, or a fool.
@LaughingMan0X i have given you many reasons why, in fact they were all i gave you at all. i do hope your not trying to deny using anecdotes and falsehoods in the construction of your argument, because i have demonstrated that that is exactly what you have done in both my first post and in this one. i have already concluded and proven that you are a hypocrite.
My SINGLE personal anecdote were part of what's called a "compound argument," i.e. a multifaceted argument composed several smaller separate arguments designed to prove the same thing (in this case that tooltime was wrong). The anecdote was a weaker argument in the compound used to highly my personal experience, but it was used in conjunction with stronger arguments (ex: the color of crime study, and the study by the national policy institute).
@LaughingMan0X i would argue that evidence of some monetary inequality (that pails in comparison to monetary benefits i might add) is a weaker example of discrimination than violence and racist driven assault in an imaginary island where white people fear for their lives constantly. all this running from the issue isnt going to help. you made quite a few heavy claims about Hawai'i, without a smidgeon of evidence, and with good reason, none of it was the least bit accurate.
Monetary inequality has nothing to do with the argument I was making. I also never said white people fear for their lives constantly in Hawaii. The number of false assumption you're inventing is astounding
Let's see, I said about Hawaii:
1) The word haole can be used as a racial epithet: check
-Look at the last two links I added in the description; the State of Hawaii's Civil Rights Commission and the State Prosecutor found the term "Haole" to be a racial epithet in contexts.
@LaughingMan0X lol no you said "the racial epithet, haole. as a means to demean and degrade" you clearly made a firm stance that the word has only ONE use and only ONE meaning. and now i hear you taking your original stance back lol, and trying to change it to one you find more correct (and your lie-2.0 is no better than your original lie by the way). pointing to the state prosecutor is nothing more than the fallacy of appealing to false authority. he has no legitimate power to speak of (cont.)
Look dumb-ass, If I say the word "dog" is a "canine quadruped," does it follow that I'm saying that this is the one and only use of the word? No. I'm saying that a canine quadruped is "a" use not "the" use, as the word "dog" could have other like of uses such as: "yo dog, what's up."
@LaughingMan0X and is neither knowledgeable nor even remotely familiar with the history of the word, its actual meaning, its changing use and what prompted them, etc. he has no more authority to proclaim it a racial epithet than the crazy toothless guy at the bus stop.
You're committing the fallacy of moving the goalpost. There doesn't appear to be any amount of evidence which would convince you to the contrary. Cases where the word was used in connection to racially motivated hate crime? No. Reports by the civil rights commission? No. Common use of the word in contexts and understanding in the language as a racial epithet? No
Here you're a true believer accepting what you do not based on evidence but because its useful to your political goals

JOEtheHOTTIE 1 month ago
actually, in Japan, they do no discriminate just against whites, they discriminate against outsiders.
JOEtheHOTTIE 1 month ago
oh, and another thing, why in the hell do you hear black people (not that I have anything against them) complain about slavery that happened more than a hundred years ago, and use it as a way to attack whites, when people like the Jews, who faced fucking genocide no less, don't attack Germans or Italians for it?
DevilDogScout 2 months ago
I fucking hate race debates. However, this video is great, and needs more views. Its impossible to have a fair argument for race, because one will, no matter what, be somehow swayed to favoring one side. that's why I say we need to flow a little more, and people need to be able to express pride in their race or heritage, at last to the point where it starts to be offensive. I'd love to have a white pride march or where something that expressed pride, but I'd get hammered as a racist. It's sad.

TheIlluminerdi 5 months ago
@TheIlluminerdi
1) What the hell are you talking about? I said the study was from the NPI explicitly in the video. Furthermore, the citation to the NPI study is in the video description.
2) I wasn't aware that guilt by association was a valid argument; thanks for correcting me. Oh wait......
LaughingMan0X 5 months ago
@LaughingMan0X
TheIlluminerdi 5 months ago
@TheIlluminerdi
LaughingMan0X 5 months ago
@LaughingMan0X

It also presupposed that the differentiation is actually valid or operational etc etc
socrates856 6 months ago
@socrates856
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago
@socrates856
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago
2) There is (on average) a lower level of anxiety, lower level of interpersonal conflict, higher degree of marriage success, and higher degree of altruism and group trust among similar groups with similar members.
If this "human pride" parade was largely composed of dissimilar members, we have good reason to infer that (on average) individuals would experience less utility by going to it relative to a more homogenous racial pride march (if those are the object) for comparison.

DavidFord0401 6 months ago
@phoenician7 What source do you use to call Mali not part of Sub Sahara Africa? I used the UN and the Wiki pages for both Sub Sahara Africa and Mali. Mali is part of the Sahara Desert and being in it includes it as part of Sub Sahara.
DavidFord0401 6 months ago
@LaughingMan0X According to the UN and Wiki, Mali is part of what Europe calls "Sub Sahara Africa." That would include the city of Timbuktu. As you may know Sub Sahara Africa is what is known by some as “Black Africa” and Mali has a large “Sub Africa Population” and its majority is a “Sub African” ethnic group. All this information is found on the wiki page for Mali and the wiki page for “Sub Sahara Africa”
Ethiopia is another example of a Pre European colonization written language.
DavidFord0401 6 months ago
@LaughingMan0X How can you say that Africa had no written language before the colonlism by Europe. Unfortuantly you are repeating old racist ideas that were used to further and justify colonlism. The first two examples of African lands with writen word well before colonization are Timbuktu and Egypt.
Of course this is to say nothing of the other fallacies you asserted about the state of Africa before colonization.
DavidFord0401 6 months ago
@DavidFord0401
Sub-Saharan Africa didn't develop its own written language, unlike North Africa (which did develop it). Both of your examples are in North Africa.
Furthermore until you point out how it was the case that something I said was fallacious, neither I nor anyone else has any reason to take such an accusation seriously.
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago

Evilanious 6 months ago
@Evilanious
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago
@Evilanious
I have no idea how you could think that I did not structure the "knowledge" i presented into multiple arguments.
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago
Cont: Your points that there is discriminitation against white people was correct and well made but what you should have explained is what you think are reasons for having a x-pride event and why you think these reasons apply in this case. The only reason you gave was: 10 Utils and it isn't as much trouble as this one particular other thing you could be doing. Again: what do these Utils represent? What are the actual reasons, the gained utility, from going to such an event.
Evilanious 6 months ago
@Evilanious
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago
I fail to see how it is explained here why we should have white pride events. Tooltime at least made an argument with points that carried relevance. He tried to compare to reasons for having a black pride event to reasons for having a white pride event. You just randomly assigned 10 Utils to the event without explaining what those 10 Utils represent rendering your assertion that white pride events are good just that: an assertion.
Evilanious 6 months ago
@Evilanious
LaughingMan0X 6 months ago

thedayssalad 7 months ago
@thedayssalad 1) Wow you racist! Racial pride is much deeper and nuanced than skin color, how superficial you are. Taking pride in your racial heritage is feeling and proud and accomplished of your people's history, culture, and tradition, not just being happy you are black or have a crooked nose.
2) WTF?!!? I am definitely proud I have dick. It is precisely because of the existence of my dick, that I am superior to women.
3) Race is an extension of the self in some ways, it is your in group.

3) "skin color doesn't mean a thing"
4) Not taking pride in your race (its been shown carver didn't invent pb or patent it first) is your loss.
darklord220 6 months ago
what if racial pride is in dispute with an individuals values? You're not taking people's code of values into account.
Sivels 7 months ago
....
Sorry fot my english
archimedesnation 8 months ago
@archimedesnation
Whether something is required for an individual to survive is not necessarily related to it being rational (in the sense that I for said individual. For instance, if an individual want's to die expediently, it is irrational for him to do things required to continue living.
LaughingMan0X 8 months ago
@LaughingMan0X
One of many platforms
archimedesnation 8 months ago
I think there's a problem when you use the term "Pride" along with the term "Ratio". Pride, to me, is a social mechanism necessary to become a "full" member of any given society. Rationalism on the other hand, is a certain way to think. "Rational Pride" therefore is a term which implies that there is logic under socialisation. This is indeed true as a general statement. But i think it looses some of its strength when you apply it to more strict entities such as race, sports etc.
archimedesnation 8 months ago
@archimedesnation
There are two senses of the word "rational"
1) (Epistemic) Rationality
2) (Economic) Rationality
The former (#1) involves an individual accepting, rejecting, or deferring judgement based on the logical consistency of a set of propositions, & the probability of their truth. The latter (#2) involves an individual taking a finite series of steps which would lead to one's best expected payoff in terms of utility (happiness)
I used the term in the latter sense, not the former.
LaughingMan0X 8 months ago
@LaughingMan0X

Its just a shame that some people will pass this off as racist. Very good job.

You did an excellent job. Cheers.

Enough with this racial bullshit. We all came from Africa and pride in something you had absolutely nothing to do with is very stupid.
clipsryan 9 months ago
There's a major flaw in racial crime statistics in the U.S. in that most of them come from the Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) where criminals of Middle Eastern decent, along with those of non-white/non-black Hispanic decent are all lumped into the "white" category.
KenMacMillan 9 months ago
that tooltime guy sure seems like he is discriminating against whites in north america just because what color they are and where they were descended from. how's that not racism?
cyberpsygen7 9 months ago
@LaughingMan0X
Pitchguest 9 months ago
@LaughingMan0X
Pitchguest 9 months ago
Very good video!

I think your ignoring the fact that the anti white discrimination you experienced was most likely a result of the oppressive actions of white people throughout history, hawaiians might not harbour such resentment towards whites if they hadn't had their homeland taken over by them and the economic growth you attribute to the countries of subsaharan africa under colonialism was only beneficial to the people expoliting the country for it's resources
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived So, in essence, your argument is "ITS ALL THE WHITE PEOPLE'S FAULT AND THEY DESERVE IT!"
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 no idiot read my comment in response to anglospherealliance to see what my actual argument was since you're to stupid to understand it on your own
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived No you see, your argument is so overused and stupid that I can not take it seriously. You are saying that the actions of past generations of white people caused 'general resentment toward whites' - by whatever action - and that this fact somehow justifies current day violence/discrimination against whites. This is bullshit. Also, places in sub-saharan africa didn't even have the fucking wheel before western contact, let's not pretend it was a zero-sum situation.
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 that's not at all what I'm saying, I already told you that, I was pretty explicit about the fact that I don't think the historical oppression of the past justifies that kind of discrimination in fact that's exactly what I said I'm saying those are the reasons behind regardless of whether it's right or wrong and to act like it's motivated by nothing other than blind hatred is dishonest
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived I don't think laughingman ever argued or even mentioned the motivations behind the beach monkey's actions; he is simply stating an instance of discrimination against whites. Also, the generations of these peoples today are so far removed from the initial colonization, that they really do not feel any psychological effects. Honestly, where they live they are the majority.
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 yeah I know he didn't mention the motivations behind their actions that was exactly my point, I said he was ignoring the motivations behind it and acting like the only reason for it was a blind hatred for white people you are pretty fucking stupid to miss the point this many times, I shouldn't have to repeat the same things over and over again before you can actually figure out what the fuck I'm talking about
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived Ok, if you believe laughingman is ignoring the motivations behind the discriminatory acts against whites, then how are you not trying to justify the beach monkeys' actions against whites through some inter-generational resentment? Moreover, he doesn't fucking have to mention the motivations because he himself had nothing to do the cause of the beach monkeys' hypothetical resentment towards the white group in the first place. You're trying to excuse the beach monkeys, fuck off
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 again I never said he brought that discrimination upon himself my point was that in ignoring the reasons behind it he was implying that there was none and in doing this the argument he presented was making it look like white europeans who throughout human history have ruthlessly dominated what they deemed to be subject peoples are persecuted in the same fashion as the victims of their persecution this is not true if the persecution they experience happens...
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@darklord220 in response to the historical injustices experienced by these so-called subject peoples, it's still wrong I'm not trying to say that it isn't and if I have to keep repeating myself on this point I might just discontinue this discussion but my point of contention was with him conflating two different kinds of racism not whether or not the latter of the two was justifiable or not just like how the fact that civilizations in subsaharan africa were less advanced...
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@darklord220 than their european counterparts doesn't excuse the colonial rape of their homeland but I don't know why you would be trying to argue against discrimination when you openly engage in it yourself that's pretty hypocritical
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived Right because Laughingman was totally responsible for the 'rape of their homeland', no that's fucking retarded. There is no hypocrisy; I am for discrmination, as you should be, since people discriminate based on any number of factors every fucking day.
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 wow you are seriously retarded I literally said the exact opposite of that like five times to you already and you still think I'm saying something different it's like you don't even read the comments you're responding to, and I know you're "for discrimination" that's why I said you're being hypocritical as shit by sitting here complaining about it like you actually think it's wrong, if you're for discrimination...
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@darklord220 then shut the fuck up about "the beach monkeys actions" and have some consistency for fucks sake, if you think you are at all superior to people of a different race than you the sheer stupidity of all the shit you say in your dumbass comments is enough to refute that
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived There is no inconsistency; I have never claimed to be a PC anti-racist fag or anything of the sort. I am Mestizo/Ameriindian; I do not hold these positions because I feel 'superior' - there is a difference between being superior and 'feeling' superior - I hold them because certain races tend to exhibit traits that account for generally prosperous societies, and I acknowledge this. It would be silly of me to claim superiority because I am one in one of the 'inferior groups'.
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 if you support discrimination based on race and condemn others for doing the exact same thing that's a big inconsistency and what "traits certain races tend to exhibit" is irrelevant to the merits of the individual within the race just like I don't blame laughingman for the cruelties exhibited by his race I don't hold people of other races responsible for whatever failures you would attribute to them collectively and the fact that you don't think laughingman...
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived Oh I see, youtube fucked me. There is no inconsistency whatsoever, race and IQ studies/crime and race studies speak about averages - or facts that are of aggregates and groups - not individuals, so your point is stupid. No one is saying aggregate facts say something about EVERY INDIVIDUAL person, to claim that shows your ignorance of sociology.
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 there is no inconsistency if you don't discriminate against individuals because of their race but earlier you said you are "for discrimination" and condemning others for doing what you yourself engage in is an inconsistent position also I wasn't claiming aggregate facts say something about every individual at all, if you discriminate against individuals because of those aggregate facts and ignore their individual merits then that's what you're doing...
crackwad420revived 8 months ago
@darklord220 ...my knowledge of sociology has nothing do with it, once again you've demonstrated your inability to understand what we were even talking about
crackwad420revived 8 months ago
@crackwad420revived It has a lot to do with it. ""traits certain races tend to exhibit" is irrelevant to the merits of the individual within the race" The statistics and race differences say nothing about individual merits you fucking fool. No one is has or ever will claim that. now go home.
darklord220 8 months ago
@darklord220 wow you are retarded, you need to read the first part of the comment idiot, didn't we just go through this?
crackwad420revived 8 months ago
@crackwad420revived "if you discriminate against individuals because of those aggregate facts and ignore their individual merits then that's what you're doing..." Here's a thought, people tend be the average (hence the bell curve), for this reason I would assume the next person to walk in starbucks is going to be a person of mediocre intelligence, social ability, and can speak english to me. No one is discounting individual merits you fucking idiot that is not what is being discussed.
darklord220 8 months ago
@darklord220 you've proven time and time again that you don't know what the fuck is being discussed I've already had to explain it to you in every other comment I make so don't act like I'm the one who's clueless about shit and you still didn't address my last point, I'm not going to keep repeating myself until you get it like I've been doing throughout this whole conversation so we can continue this when and if you can actually figure out what the topic of discussion is

@crackwad420revived You are clueless about shit.
darklord220 8 months ago
@darklord220 has anything to do with the negative actions of white people but people of a different race should not be judged any differently from the less productive members of their culture regardless of individual achievement is another inconsistency
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@crackwad420revived do you mean 'nothing'? Seriously your sentence is incoherent dude.
darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 just cause you're too stupid to understand it (and so far you've haven't really been able to understand anything we've discussed) doesn't mean it's incoherent

darklord220 9 months ago
@darklord220 man you are fucking stupid no wonder you couldn't understand what I wrote not only do you not know how to understand what you're reading (as exemplified by you accusing me of thinking white people are to blame whenever they're faced with discrimination even after I explicitly said that's not what I believe multiple times) but you can't count either I didn't "start my sentence with has" you retard, I posted two comments in response yours because I didn't have enough characters to...

AnglosphereAlliance 9 months ago
@AnglosphereAlliance I'm not making exuses at all if you read my comment what I said was the anti white discrimination probably wouldn't have even occurred if it wasn't for the actions of white colonialists and imperialists that doesn't justify it but that historical oppression is probably at the root of what causes it
crackwad420revived 9 months ago
@AnglosphereAlliance and I didn't say that civilizations in subsaharan africa possessed those european inventions either, you're really misrepresenting the point I was trying to make which was the fact that colonialism in africa was beneficial for the colonizers and africans having access to products of european ingenuity doesn't change the fact that what was done to their ancestors was wrong nor can it make those acts in any way justifiable

The MANTRA:

You are not searching for a debate or discussion, you just want to call people racist and point with your deformed incestual fingers you ugly polynesian piece of shit. that it was a positive thing, that the western culture took over. again with no evidence to speak of besides your own one sided ethnocentric opinion. i have noticed that for all your use of logical terminology and what not, that your argument is no more well structured or valid than that of the person you are arguing against. you show great hypocrisy, zero proof in many cases, and basically build your argument on a shaky foundation of anecdotes, falsehoods, and ethnocentric opinion.
Hawaiianstile 9 months ago
@Hawaiianstile
LaughingMan0X 9 months ago
@LaughingMan0X i have given you many reasons why, in fact they were all i gave you at all. i do hope your not trying to deny using anecdotes and falsehoods in the construction of your argument, because i have demonstrated that that is exactly what you have done in both my first post and in this one. i have already concluded and proven that you are a hypocrite.
Hawaiianstile 9 months ago
@Hawaiianstile
LaughingMan0X 9 months ago
@LaughingMan0X i would argue that evidence of some monetary inequality (that pails in comparison to monetary benefits i might add) is a weaker example of discrimination than violence and racist driven assault in an imaginary island where white people fear for their lives constantly. all this running from the issue isnt going to help. you made quite a few heavy claims about Hawai'i, without a smidgeon of evidence, and with good reason, none of it was the least bit accurate.
Hawaiianstile 9 months ago
@Hawaiianstile
LaughingMan0X 9 months ago
@LaughingMan0X lol no you said "the racial epithet, haole. as a means to demean and degrade" you clearly made a firm stance that the word has only ONE use and only ONE meaning. and now i hear you taking your original stance back lol, and trying to change it to one you find more correct (and your lie-2.0 is no better than your original lie by the way). pointing to the state prosecutor is nothing more than the fallacy of appealing to false authority. he has no legitimate power to speak of (cont.)
Hawaiianstile 9 months ago
@Hawaiianstile
LaughingMan0X 9 months ago
@LaughingMan0X and is neither knowledgeable nor even remotely familiar with the history of the word, its actual meaning, its changing use and what prompted them, etc. he has no more authority to proclaim it a racial epithet than the crazy toothless guy at the bus stop.
Hawaiianstile 9 months ago
@Hawaiianstile
